  • Absolutely Fantastic!!!!

"Was looking for a reasonably priced place for my friends and I to stay while we went to see my son in Malibu and found this place. Although the interior could use some updating, it did not diminish our joy in staying here. I believe this is what made it affordable enough for us to stay here. The location is incredible. We spent all of our time on the deck. We saw dolphins, whales, seals and pelicans almost daily. The sunsets were the most amazing I have ever seen. Obviously, beyond the owner's control, the only drawback is trying to pull out onto the very busy Pacific Coast Highway. Detailed information about our stay was supplied to us by Don. I will absolutely be returning here. Hated to leave."

  • Great House, Great Owner

"The Hollywood A-Frame is a beautiful, spacious, unique house; this listing is not oversold at all. It really is the closest house to the sign. Ample parking, great views, lots of wonderful patios to relax on, and you can walk straight into Griffith Park. Insanely good water pressure for the location, too. Jeff was around to help us out with anything we needed, and was very accommodating when we had some extra guests."

  • Great place to stay - close to Hollywood

"This was a perfect place for me to stay while working in Hollywood for almost 2 weeks. The unit felt like home away from home, just like you would want. I had pretty much everything I needed and the host Matt was able to quickly supply a couple of needed items. The shower was a little on the small side and the bath room sink was built for a very short user - good if you have kids with you. On a cold LA winter day, the bathroom was a little chilly, but that would not be an issue any other time of the year. The bedroom was upstairs and had 2 double beds and a twin. The kitchen had almost everything I needed - some larger drink glasses would be a nice add. Parking was tight but available each night. Entry was through a keypad at a common gate and another electronic keypad at the front door. Matt was planning to add a working deadbolt for added security, which would be good."
