  • Perfect

"This house is one of the best we have rented. This is not your standard holiday rental, but a real home away from home, decorated on a very high level with eye for detail. All the information and the pictures on VRBO are accurate. The view is indeed 'a million dollar view'. Nancy, the owner, is very easy to work with. Our questions were answered within the hour. The house is situated in a nice and safe neighbourhood, overlooking the San Fernando Valley and the mountains. On clear days you can see the high-rise of Downtown LA. The Porter Ranch Town Center is just 2 miles away. There are several Supermarkets (we prefered Ralphs), restaurants (we really liked Mediterranean Bistro and Jasmine Thai Cuisine), banks/ATM and a gas station. The pool and hot tub can be easily heated within 30 minutes. We were there in January / February and we enjoyed the pool every day (and several nights). We will recommend this house and we will absolutely return here."

  • Perfect in every way!

"My best friend and I wanted a warm getaway close to the beach. This cottage was just what we were looking for. Right on the canal with a cozy deck to enjoy the view, well appointed with everything we needed & very comfortable. We walked every morning for an hour along the beach. The owner was fun & extremely helpful with questions etc. we would definitely stay here again."

  • Beautiful home that was very close to Six Flags.

"We stayed here during our vacation to Six Flags for a few days. It is a nice townhouse and fully stocked with everything we needed. The only downside is that we have a 3 year old that wanted to get into everything. The 2 kids bedrooms in the home have a lot of toys and stuffed animals that are not to be touched. That was difficult to keep the 3 year old away. There are also some nick nacks and breakables that we had to keep him away from. Not very kid proof, but nicely decorated. Other than that, this was a great house. It was nice to be so close to the park. We were able to bring the little kids home early and let the teenagers continue until the park closed. I probably wouldn't stay here again with a little child, but with older children and adults, I definitely recommend it. The owners were very nice and helpful. Quick to respond when we needed something."
