  • Perfect spot for a family vacation

"The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Its also child friendly with plenty of room for people to find their own quiet spots. Location is perfect if you want to spend time at the multiple nearby natural parks and beaches. There are plenty of unique options to fill many days adventures. The home location is on a very quiet street with no visible neighbors and a wonderful ocean view on each deck. With a bbq and fully equiped kitchen, you are all set for meals as it is a trip to the nearby towns. We are already thinking about when we can come back as no one wanted to leave. The property managment team has their system down making a seamless arrival and departure."

  • The Perfect getaway for a large group!

"The River Queen exceeded all of our expectations! We had a wonderful family weekend getaway with 10 adults and 4 kids and never once felt crowded, yet it still felt very homey and cozy, and was a perfect spot right on the river. We wish we had more than just a weekend to take advantage of all the fun activities and games they provided (ping pong, pool, hot tub, kayaking, etc.) and are definitely keeping this on our list to come back to. The property management office was always very responsive to our questions and provided immediate service when we had a small toilet clog on a Saturday. Highly recommend this house for any large group gathering!"

  • peaceful getaway

"The Sea Ranch area is amazing & a really interesting concept which was conceived in the 60's! Really a lot of history to see @ the lodge & endless walking/biking/running trails, none without awesome views! The only reason I didn't give the property 5 stars, was because of a mixup when we arrived; after driving 7+ hours, we pulled into raccoon-strewn garbage & previous tenant's leavings... with that said, we called Gordon & he got Jamie on the job within an hour; we went over to the golf course, had a beer & picked up some local knowledge re: the course. When we returned, 2 hours later, the darling house was perfect. We were just 2, so had some extra room. 5 would be a crowd, although seating, beds & bathrooms for all. Two nice masters w/baths downstairs & daybed upstairs; views from everywhere! Loved the sunshades - perfect for privacy, but still muted views. Hot tub in perfect condition, facing the Pacific. Gualala a really interesting, friendly town. We didn't make it to Point Arena... maybe next time? Definitely recommend the "Lighthouse". Gordon & Judy have made this a relaxing, rejuvenating place to spend time. Loved it"

  • Great Property and location!

"Awesome rental house! This place had everything you could ask for and then some! Really enjoyed both the hot tub and the sauna. We will be coming back again. And also appreciated the call from the owner on our arrival to confirm all was good and there were no hiccups. Thanks for a great time!"
