  • Extremely Nice Property!

"The property was just as nice as the pictures showed which was a great relief. Extremely nice and very well equipped. The property is located in a very nice area. Continently located between Dana Point and San Clemente. The over all experience was very good. Also our guests seemed interested in renting the property on future visits to the area."

  • Best Vacation for our Family - Ever!

"This house is a work of art. The layout is perfect for a large family. You never feel crowded or on top of each other. This home is meticulously maintained, furnished and stocked with every imaginable kitchen tool. The master bedroom is our favorite room. The carpet is thick and luxurious. The bed is wonderful and the view spectacular. Our family loves the beach and the waves which are right outside the huge sliding doors. We are close to a basketball court and beautiful beach walks. We have been to other vacation houses and on cruises. But for our family of 15 there is a unanimous consensus that this is the best vacation place ever."

  • Fantastic Beachfront Vacation Home

"What a PERFECT place for our family reunion!! We LOVED it!! Christine was so helpful from start to finish, and always was quick to respond to questions. This lovely home is well maintained, clean and fully loaded with everything you could possibly need to make a beach stay comfortable and fun. The patio area is remarkable with a beautiful view of the ocean, and has a sand area for the little ones to play in, with a gate that latches (we used a padlock for it), so the kids can still be playing in the sand safely away from the water, when you want to relax and Bbq out back. Along with a grill, there is a fire-pit for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. We rented the upper unit as well and had loads of room for our reunion. We had a great time catching tuna crabs, building sand castles and splashing in the water. The Dana Harbor Ocean Institute is right down the road where we explored the tide pools and had fun paddle-boarding, kayaking and swimming at Dana Point Baby Beach. The town is beautiful, with shopping, grocery stores, and even a Costco not far away which was a great place to buy food to feed our large family. I highly highly recommend staying here. It's an absolutely wonderful place. We plan on coming again!"

  • Surf, Sand, & S'mores

"Our children & grandchildren; toddlers, teens, middle aged & we "seniors" all found our favorite things to do. From surfing, swimming, enjoying the trampoline & soothing jacuzzi, our days were full. Some rented wave runners while others searched for sea glass on the beach or built grand sand castles. We gathered for barbecue dinners, played ping pong, foosball and ended the evening roasting marshmallows around the convenient beach fire pit. Wonderfully equipped, clean home. Chris was gracious with requests & Eric kept the jacuzzi sparkling clean. A blessing where life long memories were made & we look forward to our return."
