  • Incredible views!

"We recently spent 2 weeks at this condo and couldn't have been happier! The views from the front deck are absolutely AMAZING! Waking up every morning with coffee in hand and sitting on the front deck watching surfers was as close to nirvana as it comes. The inside of the condo is also extremely comfortable. The furnishings are very "beachy chic" and no matter where you sit in the living room or kitchen, your view is the wide open Pacific. The pictures truly don't do it justice! There were 4 of us in the 2br condo and we had plenty of space. The master bedroom is very large and the back deck off the master bedroom came in incredibly handy. We used it even more than we expected because the strong, cool breezes off the ocean at night made it a bit chilly to sit on the front deck. The back deck at night was the perfect temperature and was VERY roomy. We also used the grill several times which was nice. We were initially concerned because of lack of air conditioning, but we didn't miss it for ONE SECOND. As a matter of fact, several of us wore sweatshirts at night with the windows and sliding glass door open because the breezes were so cool (the master bedroom also has a ceiling fan which kept things very cool). The walking path down to the beach is just out the back door. It's a semi-popular path for locals to use, too, although never crowded. It's a source of GREAT exercise. The walk down the paved path has breathtaking views; the walk back up is challenging (110+ stair steps and then the paved path to get back to street level ) but like I said, a really great walk workout every day. I always took my time and rested between flights when needed (I'm 54 years old). And that beach is to die for!! All in all, you can't go wrong with this property. We were happy from start to finish and would definitely rent again!"

  • An A+ Vacation

"My stay was all I hoped it would be and more. SeaBreeze was the best and gave us first class personal attention. We were walking distance to the beaches and enjoyed may wonderful area restaurants. I was already asking about another stay as we had a marvelous time"

  • The Jewel in the Crown

"We were fortunate enough to stay here for a month over January/February. A spacious condo which was exceptionally clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. A real home from home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is within walking distance of the local beaches and shops. Yogurt Land is a must for desserts! We drove to Arizona using Route 66 to see the Grand Canyon and also visited San Diego Zoo, The Aquarium of the Pacific and The Living Desert amongst many other places. There are several local trails which are great if you enjoy walking. The owners, Jack and Louise, were extremely helpful both prior to and after making our booking and also whilst we were there. The Ritz Pointe resort is excellent with a great pool and several spas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return."

  • We plan to return!

"We stayed here the second and third weeks of January. Loved it! Before and during the owners were always available. We were very impressed with the accommodations and the amenities. Just as pictured. So many places to hike within a few miles. Badlands Park, 1000 Steps in Laguna, Top of the World, Crystal Cove to name a few. We often also walked on the property, what views! So pretty on the balcony we did not even choose to leave many afternoons, sunsets are unreal. Close to Los Angeles and San Diego, just don't go during rush hour! Rented bikes in Newport Beach, went on whale watches from Dana Point. Lots of restaurants in Dana Point or Laguna(and several In-N-Out Burgers close by for our visiting adult children!). Everything and anything you need for the perfect vacation."
