  • Beautiful Ocean Views in a Wonderful Community!

"While my Wife & 4 yr. old daughter were finishing our remodeling project we were lucky to find this wonderful peaceful home. The house is located in a private beach community that gives you a very secure feeling during your stay. It is fully equipped with a remodeled kitchen, high speed internet, bicycles, boggie boards and beach towels. The home is located on a cul de sac which is attached to a wonderful green belt area that has walking paths all the way down to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here and were sad when our time was finished. While the house has wonderful ocean views from the kitchen, master and patio, but what we loved most was to drive down to the private beach parking lot with our 4 yr old daughter to collect sea shells and watch the sunset together. The owner Janice is a wonderful and accommodating person. It was a pleasure to do business with her and she is the main reason we would recommend this house to anyone we know. The house is the best value in Dana Point and deserves 5 stars."

  • Incredible views!

"We recently spent 2 weeks at this condo and couldn't have been happier! The views from the front deck are absolutely AMAZING! Waking up every morning with coffee in hand and sitting on the front deck watching surfers was as close to nirvana as it comes. The inside of the condo is also extremely comfortable. The furnishings are very "beachy chic" and no matter where you sit in the living room or kitchen, your view is the wide open Pacific. The pictures truly don't do it justice! There were 4 of us in the 2br condo and we had plenty of space. The master bedroom is very large and the back deck off the master bedroom came in incredibly handy. We used it even more than we expected because the strong, cool breezes off the ocean at night made it a bit chilly to sit on the front deck. The back deck at night was the perfect temperature and was VERY roomy. We also used the grill several times which was nice. We were initially concerned because of lack of air conditioning, but we didn't miss it for ONE SECOND. As a matter of fact, several of us wore sweatshirts at night with the windows and sliding glass door open because the breezes were so cool (the master bedroom also has a ceiling fan which kept things very cool). The walking path down to the beach is just out the back door. It's a semi-popular path for locals to use, too, although never crowded. It's a source of GREAT exercise. The walk down the paved path has breathtaking views; the walk back up is challenging (110+ stair steps and then the paved path to get back to street level ) but like I said, a really great walk workout every day. I always took my time and rested between flights when needed (I'm 54 years old). And that beach is to die for!! All in all, you can't go wrong with this property. We were happy from start to finish and would definitely rent again!"
