  • Beautiful Home

"This home is a great place to build memories with your family. It has everything you need and very close to the beach and the many shops at Huntington Beach. We rode bikes every day, which were at the house, along with beach toys etc. a perfect vacation."

  • Great property in Huntington beach

"Stayed with the kids for spring break and the property was just perfect for our group. The older girls took the 3rd floor bedroom the little ones took the bedroom on the 2nd floor, I had the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. All rooms have attached full bathrooms. Didn't get to use the outdoor fire pit or the outdoor Grill area but they looked great! House was decorated well and I really loved the carpet and flooring! Kitchen was very large and easy to make meals. Huntington beach has ton of shops and food within walking distance so the older kids had a blast. There are a number of stairs in the house as an FYI if you have very little ones it may be tough to keep an eye on them. Sanchos tacos is very yummy and Sugar Shack is an A++ breakfast option. Disney is about 30 minutes away. You do have to drive to get to the Grocery store. It was tricky to get the ideal water temp out of the shower but I finally got use to it."

  • Great Stay in Huntington

"This is a very nice home with tons of space. We easily slept 11 people in this home and still had room for more. The three bathrooms made the stay easy as well, with no fighting over the bathroom use, and reduced the time it took for everyone to get ready in the morning. The fact that there was two parking spaces made the stay easy as well, as the street tends to get pretty full right outside this property. We did have 4 cars, but we were able to condense down to only two cars for most of our site seeing adventures. We took day trips to Huntington beach, Newport beach and Disneyland - All really close to this location. We also drove across the city to the museums in La Brea, visited Venice and Santa Monica Piers and Beaches, as well as shopped in China Town. We loved the fact that the grocery store was right across the street to stock up on food items, and some of the best restaurants in town are right by the grocery store as well (if you need a night off from cooking). We also had fun walking the dog around the well maintained neighborhood with the kids, and going to the playground at the school (while it was open for the summer). The back yard is dusty and does back right up to a semi busy road, but we felt safe during our stay, and enjoyed hanging out a night in the back yard. We hit up the BBQ in the back yard for a family diner for sure. The fireplace was not working, but it was the middle of summer, so we did not care about that much. This place also has AC, which came in great in the upstairs rooms trying to sleep on a hot summer night!! That was a big plus!"

  • Perfect holiday house, well equipped, nice community pool close to the house

"The house was as described and perfect for us (4 adults, 5 kids). The real plus was that it was very well equipped in order to facilitate our stay - kitchen: lots of cups / glasses / plates, etc + basic elements to cook (salt, pepper, butter, jam...) + dishwasher and dishwashing product + towels - baby cot - for the beach: plenty of beach towels, toys, 3 body boards (it was very funny to try them! Thank you!), beach chairs So it was great that we didn't have to buy stuff in order to be able to live in the house. The other plus were that one of the community pools was 3 minute walk from the house and that there was a parking pass for all Californian state parks, so we used it for Huntington beach and Crystal Cove near Newport Beach (otherwise the fees are 15 USD per day). Perhaps, a good thing would be to have a second pass (as we had 2 cars). Regarding the location, the house is 1.5 mile from the closest beach. As we were with toddlers, we were not able to go there by bike nor foot, we had to take the car. There is a supermarket and some restaurants 5 minute walk from the house. We tried the Thai and Pizza restaurants and they were both very good! I recommend this house. Stéphanie"
