  • Relaxing Family or Group Vacation Home

"I stayed at this house with a group of young guys and we absolutely loved it! The house is only four blocks from the beautiful beaches of Huntington Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was very restful. We particularly loved the bonfire and patio seating in front of the house. We couldn't help but go outside almost every evening to enjoy the Southern California weather. The house itself is very nice and well kept. The downstairs is a good family environment because it's an open concept that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a great meal. If eating out is desired, there are lots of places within a mile or two, including Sugar Shack (HB's favorite breakfast location), Thai Wave, and numerous Sushi locations. The bedrooms are all very spacious, have walk-in closets and big bathrooms. The two middle floor rooms are perfect for couples and the third floor bedroom feels like a fun loft area with a balcony view for kids or teenagers. I ran through the house freaking out with excitement the first night I stayed there. The owners, Jim and Tina, are very friendly and accommodating. They checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They uphold a high standard of excellence for their house and seek to provide you with the best experience possible. I loved working with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a stress-free vacation home experience, you can't beat the house on 425 14th Street! I highly recommend it."

  • Great for family or singles

"I'm from Huntington Beach and knew the area, but if you didn't Gregg will help you. The condo was as promised. It is extremely quiet during the day and at night. I was surprised when I saw that they do take dogs which includes a doggie door. (should have brought my cat). Covered private parking plus parking pass for guests which is helpful since a friend that visited is handicapped. I spent most of the time by myself, however, my daughter and her boyfriend came down the last week. The bedrooms are at the opposite ends which also gives another dimension of privacy. While by myself I felt very secure. I would suggest bringing bikes. It would make it fun riding to the beach or going over to Bolsa Chica reserve. I ventured out walking exploring the neighborhood and stores. Many restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and Bubba Sweets cupcakes that won 2013 Cupcake Wars. Private patio with barbecue was nice too. Thanks Gregg!"

  • Every summer for the past 6 years!

"I have stayed at this house every summer for the past 6 years. We have two children, 9 and 7. We have stayed with many family members and just us. The house is roomy and easily accommodates large groups. It is also cozy for a small family. The pool is great! The kids and adults always have a blast. The beach is very close. Easy to run or ride bike to, if interested. And a quick drive. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property, and look forward to our next vacation."
