  • Great for family or singles

"I'm from Huntington Beach and knew the area, but if you didn't Gregg will help you. The condo was as promised. It is extremely quiet during the day and at night. I was surprised when I saw that they do take dogs which includes a doggie door. (should have brought my cat). Covered private parking plus parking pass for guests which is helpful since a friend that visited is handicapped. I spent most of the time by myself, however, my daughter and her boyfriend came down the last week. The bedrooms are at the opposite ends which also gives another dimension of privacy. While by myself I felt very secure. I would suggest bringing bikes. It would make it fun riding to the beach or going over to Bolsa Chica reserve. I ventured out walking exploring the neighborhood and stores. Many restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and Bubba Sweets cupcakes that won 2013 Cupcake Wars. Private patio with barbecue was nice too. Thanks Gregg!"

  • Great Stay in Huntington

"This is a very nice home with tons of space. We easily slept 11 people in this home and still had room for more. The three bathrooms made the stay easy as well, with no fighting over the bathroom use, and reduced the time it took for everyone to get ready in the morning. The fact that there was two parking spaces made the stay easy as well, as the street tends to get pretty full right outside this property. We did have 4 cars, but we were able to condense down to only two cars for most of our site seeing adventures. We took day trips to Huntington beach, Newport beach and Disneyland - All really close to this location. We also drove across the city to the museums in La Brea, visited Venice and Santa Monica Piers and Beaches, as well as shopped in China Town. We loved the fact that the grocery store was right across the street to stock up on food items, and some of the best restaurants in town are right by the grocery store as well (if you need a night off from cooking). We also had fun walking the dog around the well maintained neighborhood with the kids, and going to the playground at the school (while it was open for the summer). The back yard is dusty and does back right up to a semi busy road, but we felt safe during our stay, and enjoyed hanging out a night in the back yard. We hit up the BBQ in the back yard for a family diner for sure. The fireplace was not working, but it was the middle of summer, so we did not care about that much. This place also has AC, which came in great in the upstairs rooms trying to sleep on a hot summer night!! That was a big plus!"

  • A marvelous home with a wonderful views!

"We spent the month of July in Verna's lovely home while escaping a brutal July in our home town of Tucson. Sitting on the wonderful balcony all along the front of the house having our coffee every morning was great. And watching the fireworks on July 4th from the balcony was spectacular! The house is really comfortable and very well stocked with evreything you might need including various sizes of storage bags! Verna greeted us warmly and had left a bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh vegatables for us. The house is just a short walk from the free Laguna Beach trolly that took us into town to shop, attend art festivals, and enjoy the wonderful Laguna Beach restaurants. And it was a short walk down to the many little hidden coves that dot the coast in Laguna. Verna was a most gracious host, giving us tips about things and checking in to be sure everything was OK. The laundry facilities were great as well. This the perfect house to use as a base for exploring all that Laguna offers as well as just sitting on the balcony enjoying the cool ocean breezes and the marvelous view of the ocean!"
