  • On the pier and beach!

"Very cute cozy place, but honestly it's also very spacious with high ceilings. Good wifi, even subtle things like high quality paper towels or toilet paper and soap/towels. The Old Spaghetti Factory is literally across the street and a good family spot. We'll definitely be coming back! Oh and no car needed."

  • Perfect for our family!

"We stayed here recently with our 3 year old and it was an outstanding experience! We loved that we were in such a quiet neighborhood, yet still just a short walk up the street to the beach. It was also a relatively short walk to all of the pier activity. We used the bikes that the owners provided quite a bit, which saved us a ton in rental fees, allowing us to explore the area and even take a trip to Balboa Peninsula. The huge porch was amazing for some extra outdoor time while not at the beach, with a gorgeous large shade tree that keeps things nice and cool. We are planning our next trip soon!"

  • Great Place

"Loved the convenient location. Close to the beach, store and restaurant. Liked that we could save money and clean ourselves. Nice to have parking and the washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again."

  • That lovely porch

"Long-time friends joined us for a week. We started out on the porch, enjoying the magical late-afternoon light on the water as we enjoyed each others' company. The home interior is charming, fresh and inviting. I could stand in one place, turn around and see something new with each turn. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we liked the expandable dining table. Did I mention the porch? It spoke our language, "slow down and enjoy": coffee in the morning, people-watching (and boats!), naps on the chaise lounge, and a shared bottle of wine at sunset."
