  • Fantastic Find

"This was the first time I rented a vacation rental instead of a hotel room. I was so pleased. The rental is affordable and clean. My daughter and I were here for two months and it felt like home. The kitchen is great. The bed is comfortable. The complex that houses the condo is in a wonderful location. It is minutes away from Interstate 5, UCSD, the grocery store, the mall and restaurants. It is also a small drive to La Jolla Shores Beach, downtown San Diego and many other attractions. We were able to enjoy the pool on the property as well. After you make an inquiry, the response time is reasonable. They are very welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends."

  • Bears Win!

"A bunch of friends rented the whole house for a long weekend to go watch the Bears game. The house was perfect since it had 7 bedrooms and it was 7 couples..great location, close to shops, restaurants..we seriously didn't even move our rental car. Very clean and had pretty much anything you would need. Great view as well. Would definitely recommend this place! There was only ONE thing that was a bit annoying..the house has three parking spots and if you have more cars you need to park in the street because there is another home behind..which is perfectly fine, we were aware we only had those three spots, one being inside the garage..we however were tailgating the day of the game and needed to load the stuff before taking off so parked in the driveway to load up and the lady in the back immediately came out to tell us to move. Again that was fine we had no problem doing it, it was just the way she said it..she had an attitude as if we didn't do it or were bothering her. She was just rude. Besides her attitude towards us everything else was great!"

  • Perfect place to stay

"Our group of 7 (2 teenagers and 5 adults) had a wonderful time at the condo. The space is excellent for midsize groups and we were able to comfortably fit our entire group on the patio for all of our meals. The condo is the ideal spot; close to the beach and the shops and restaurants in La Jolla Shores. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked and there is ample space in the fridge and pantry. There were lots of toys for the beach as well - chairs, surfboards, wagons - basically everything you need. The off street parking was awesome as we never had to worry about parking when we needed to go out. We would definitely stay here again. The managers provided ample information about things to do and were very responsive through the whole process."

  • Quaint & Charming Cottage by the Sea

"This cosy cottage is located just 2 minutes walk from Windansea beach and a 15 minute walk into central La Jolla. The cottage was nicely decorated and well laid out and had all the comforts of home, to include a very well equipped kitchen. I especially enjoyed the little decorative touches and the diffusers made the interior smell good. We stayed with our 2 boys (ages 11 and 14) who slept on the sofa bed (true to the property description was king size and very comfortable). Despite the close proximity to other homes it was very quiet. There was an off road parking space and a private patio. The agent Kathleen was there to greet us when we arrived and provide additional information about the area. The Cottage was very clean, there were plenty of towels, and all kitchen basics were provided. Especially loved that there were beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards provided which made our time on the beach much more enjoyable and is so very helpful when travelling from out of state. My only critic was that the bedroom has 2 skylights that do not have any window coverings (blinds) consequently as soon as the sun is up (around 6 am) the room is flooded with light, this is great if you are an early riser but not so much fun if you are trying to sleep in. I was able to resolve this with some eye shades but some kind of window covering would be ideal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again."
