  • Perfect Location!!

"This house is in the perfect location, walkable to everything!! The house is on a quiet street, but just a block from the lively beach. Tina is a great owner, and was very quick to respond to all my questions. The house was spotless, and everything was very high end. The only things we didn't like was that the master bedroom is more of a loft, it doesn't have a door, and the pack 'n play was a little old. But those are such minor things, and everything else was wonderful!! She returned our security deposit the next day. We would definitely stay here again!!"

  • Great Location, very clean!

"The location of this condo is perfect, it's right on the beach, and right in the middle of all the action. All the popular restaurants/bars are within walking distance. PB shore club (my favorite bar) is a three minute walk away. The condo has been updated, nice granite countertops in the kitchen, and tile in the master bath, plus updated wood floors throughout the living area. The condo was very clean, and had ocean views from the dinning room, living room, balcony, and the bedroom. The master bedroom is very spacious, and the master bath is also very large, updated, and has a walk in closet. The spare bedroom has two single beds, and a very small bathroom/shower. The condo was stocked with everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable, and had a nice large HD flat screen television. I definitely recommend this place, and my wife and I plan on coming back in the near future. The only negatives I can think of are: 1. This condo has the worlds slowest elevator (take the stairs). 2. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen for when you cook. 3. It can be noisy on the weekends."

  • Wonderful!

"We had a memorable experience at the Dolphin House. Was different than the surrounding properties. Offered privacy and charm. I will definitely book this again. Great place for a large get together and had everything we needed. The owner Debra was wonderful to work with."

  • Waterfront fun, bikes, easy access to all things SD, CA

"Quiet waterfront home with out-the-gate access to Mission Bay. Directly on the Bayside Walk bike/pedestrian path. Quick drive to downtown SD, waterfront, Coronado, Balboa Park, and La Jolla via I-5 and other routes. We walked and biked to Mission Beach, restaurants, shops around the area, and Sea World. Rental car was almost superfluous! Best was riding bikes to the nearby marina and renting a sailboat for the day. Nothing like a bike/sail combo to put one in a vacation state of mind. We awoke every morning to enjoy breakfast on the porch with the water views, and concluded the day by watching sunset and enjoying cocktails there as well. The home itself is in a quiet spot and benefits from the breezes that blow off the water from Mission Bay. Lots of board games, DVD's, and kid toys. Really a perfect family/kids destination. The owner kindly made sure we had enough cruiser bikes and responded promptly to answer our questions via text. House had plenty of linens & supplies. I felt that the VRBO description was accurate, and the home a good value for the money. We comfortably slept 4 adults, 4 kids. We hope to be back soon!"
