  • Fantastic Anniversary Weekend!!

"Hi Alan&Diana, Sitting here at work wishing I was back up there at the cabin!! We truly had an amazing trip! So glad we found this little gem! We originally came up for a Wedding near by, but doubled it as our anniversary getaway. Alan was there upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. Even told us about a hike that we ended up taking, it was beautiful!! The hot tub and deck was where we spent most of our time. When it cooled off in the evening the hot tub felt amazing. Feeding the birds and watching them take baths was really cute too! Thanks again for a great weekend, we will be back to see some snow!!! :) -Madeline&Mike"

  • Magical Sacred Retreat Spot!

"We held our women's retreat at Upper Meadow Lodge and it was hands down the best place I've ever held a retreat! Sitting in the cedar tree circle was just magical. The jacuzzi at night to watch the stars was the perfect way to end the day. And the house was the perfect size for our group. We'll be coming back!"

  • Very nice

"Really nice small home in rural Escondido. The location is beautiful. Out in the country with great views of open country, lots of hills and valleys. Extremely peaceful and quiet, great for sleeping. The home is well-appointed with plenty of kitchen stuff and other necessaries (e.g., towels). We really enjoyed staying here four nights including New Year's Eve. The owners (who are very nice and who live right next door) warned us about it being best to arrive in daylight and they were right - it is not too difficult to take wrong turns in this semi-rural location, especially at night. But once you have made it there once you won't get lost on the way out or when you return."

  • Palomar Vista Lodge (21145 State Park Rd, Palomar Mountain)

"Beautiful Property with beautiful views. We stayed at this property on July4 weekend with group of friends and their families. The property is located in an amazing location with beautifully decorated rooms and an amazing deck overlooking beautiful views. The property has ample parking space, amazing garden area to play different sports, the garden area also has hammock and couple of swings. The property also overlooks the two ponds (small and large) created by owner and it is beautifully done. All and all, it was a memorable experience and we are glad we chose this property to spend time with friends and families."
