  • Lovely house close to the beach

"My family and I spent a week in this beautiful house in Coronado. We had a house full of teenagers who loved the flexibility to being able to take the ferry to downtown San Diego or walk to Orange Ave. for shopping. The kids were in and out of the house all day riding bikes to the beach, walking through the quiet neighborhood and enjoying the beautiful weather. The house is located very close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and the ferry landing. The heated swimming and hot tub was a nice addition as well as the ping pong table. The house has a well equipped kitchen for entertaining, spacious bedrooms with closet space to hang up your clothes and plenty of living room space to simply relax and read a book. The large salt water fish tank was a huge hit with our teenage children who looked forward to watching the tank come alive with activity in the evenings. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing vacation in Coronado."

  • We loved it!

"This was our 3rd stay at this charming property, and it never fails to please. The property is properly described and very clean. It is a nice residential walk to the beach, to Hotel Del Coronado, and to the shops and restaurants on Orange Aveune. Coffee at the Del or nearby Panera's was a morning treat. The owners have made it a 'home away from home' - and Coronado has the small town feel of Americana that we love. And, of course, you can take the ferry and be in downtown San Diego in minutes...this is a winner. Bob and Mary Kay H."

"The pictures and description of this property cannot capture the beauty of this cottage--must be seen! Perfectly maintained and pristine in every detail, you will not want to leave. The owner, Bruce Craig, can set the standard for a great host, responsive even when away in Spain. If you like to cook, you will go crazy for the gourmet kitchen--equipped so that two chefs could work at the professional stove. The garden is just as pictured and the house is surrounded by flowering bushes and plants. When I was there, the jasmine bower was in full bloom and the scent was enchanting. One note of caution: La Jolla is going crazy with construction. It is supposed to be banned once the high summer season begins but I was told sometimes it continues. Just ask. Have a fabulous stay and say hello to Bruce!"

  • Great home on the beach

"We arrived to stay for my wedding in La Jolla. The house was fantastic! It was very clean, had plenty of room for my guests and their bags and had a great view of the beach and the ocean. The pool and outdoor patio area were fantastic. I'm planning on coming back next year to celebrate my anniversary."
