  • Perfect Beach House!

"Labor Day Weekend 2016, my sister and I (along with our daughters) celebrated our 3rd Annual Sister's Weekend at this adorable beach house in San Diego. We booked it on the internet trusting the pictures and reviews. We were delighted beyond belief!! The house was literally 1 house away from the ocean, completely stocked with everything you might need and was clean and inviting. The upstairs bedroom has an attached balcony which was great for some quiet time alone and in the downstairs bedroom we fell asleep listening to the ocean waves. My sister thought the best part was the outside patio where we could keep an eagle eye on our teenage daughters laying on the beach. My favorite part was the lil' fire pit table where we roasted marshmallows and taught our daughters how to make a proper s’more. Our daughters say the best part was the grey & white kitten that came to our patio every day to say hi and who they named "Yari" for Yarmouth Court. We all had a terrific time and will remember this weekend fondly. Thank you for the wonderful memories."

  • Good Place to stay in Pacific Beach

"PB Charmer is a great location for all access to PB. A brisk 20 minute walk and you are swimming in the ocean or a casual stroll down Garnet lets you see what's happening. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home and the beds are comfortable for a good night's rest. Street noise is fairly loud because this unit faces Balboa which is a major street for entering and leaving PB otherwise it is great complex, well maintained, and very convenient."

  • Lots and Lots of Room!

"We stayed here over the long Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. Four adults and two kids and the space was perfect. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. While not luxurious by any means, most of the basics were provided. There were plenty of linens and towels and having a washer and dryer made traveling with small children much easier. The house is located on a busy street and has no front yard. However, there is plenty of room in the backyard and on Thanksgiving Day we hosted dinner for 24 people. There were extra tables and even a large canopy available for use. I had packed extra tablecloths and the scene was beautiful when everything was set up in the perfect San Diego weather. Dishes, pots, and silverware in the kitchen were a little sparse, even just for the 6 of us, but a trip to a couple of nearby thrift stores took care of that. The location was convenient to everything and grocery stores and La Mesa's cute downtown area were close by. We definitely recommend this house for families and groups!"

  • Perfect beach getaway!

"They literally thought of everything! Many thoughtful touches, including: plush, fuzzy bathrobes for your trip to the hot tub right outside your door; bicycles for two; beach towels; bottled water and more! A short walk will have you picking up sand dollars and shells on the beach. Or, you can watch the ships and Yachts as they go in and out of the marina. Very nicely decorated. Truly enjoyed my stay here."
