  • Absolutely wonderful

"Our experience at Jennifer's property was amazing; my husband and I were happy with the location and Jennifer leaves plenty of tips and tricks within the room! It is a relatively quiet neighborhood with great character. The space is wonderful and my husband and I felt very at home. Great for a couple!"

  • Excellent!

"This was my first rental on home away and let's just say everything was more than perfect. The owners were very cordial and walked me through the process. Upon arrival I was shown around the home and told of local things to do and places to eat. It was above and beyond. It truly felt like home away from home. Peaceful neighborhood and close to major attractions! Many thanks. Look forward to another time."

  • Wonderful, quaint cottage with a priceless view, perfect for two, and close to everything

"Marion is a lovely lady, and the cottage is so cozy! Waking up on the waterfront was amazing! There are fantastic restaurants literally next door, a market around the corner, and the ferry landing and Scoma's are just a short walk down the street. The local birds are very talkative, and so much fun to watch from the deck. The kitchenette had everything we needed - even coffee in the cupboard! We had a wonderful trip, and would definitely recommend this cottage to any couple looking for a quiet, romantic weekend. Thank you, Marion!"

  • Perfect place surrounded by beautiful drives!

"This year was my mother's 80th birthday. My gift to her was a trip with her 2 very adult children. Just my brother and myself. No grand kids, no daughter-in-law or son-in-law. Just my fantastic 80 year old mother, my 57 year old brother and me. My mom was overjoyed with the location and the time she got to spend with us. We went to Muir Woods (just a short 20 minute drive) and a few other hikes that were close by. The drive to Mill Valley was gorgeous and our first day we drove in for groceries, only to discover we ALL THREE had left the house without our wallets. No one minded, because it just meant that was got to drive the gorgeous road back to the house, then drive it again to Mill Valley, then home again. It was great!! Internet connection was spotty but in all of our opinions, it didn't matter. The focus was on the vacation and each other. We did have movie night one night. Netflix worked perfectly. The house was very spacious and nice and bright. All windows opened easily and since the weather was gorgeous we had lovely cross breezes when we were there. There are portable radiators that worked well to take the chill off at night. Linens, flatware and dishes were nice, too! Loved this space very much!"
