  • Great location! And extremely well appointed and comfortable!

"We had a great month staying in this house! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in - or if we didn't want to - we could just walk into town and pick from a big assortment of great restauants. Lots of outdoor patios at the house to hang out in - including a great barbecue grill right off the dining room! The location of the house is a short walk to town which was perfect after venturing out to a few wineries of the 400 plus wineries in the area! The owners -Katie and Mark - were a pleasure to rent from! I will definitely be back!!!!!!"

  • I love Stinson Beach and this charming cottage!

"My adult daughter and I stayed here for two nights to explore the coast before heading into the hills of wine country. This place really felt like home. The beds were quite comfy, and the kitchen was great! I am a chef, so know my way around a kitchen. LOL! However, other than breakfast, we really didn't cook because that was why I was on vacation - to let someone else cook for me. The little town of Stinson Beach is quite small, and has a tiny grocery store, but we were surprised at the quality way it was stocked! It seriously looked about the size of a gas station convenience store, but was so wonderful. Guacamole and salsa were stellar as were organic cheeses and produce! The cottage is a very short walk down a cute little path to the beach, and of course close to town. We had such an incredible dinner at the Parkside Cafe, we went back for breakfast! It was also fantastic. As we explored the coast, we stopped at a place right on the highway just north of Stinson Beach, called Tony's. Oysters Bingo might be the best oyster dish I have ever had in my life. It was their version of Oysters Rockefeller and simply delicious. Their shrimp and crab ceviche was unique in presentation and also yummy. Crab was in season, so one day we ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for someone who doesn't wish to stay right in San Francisco, but wants to explore Muir Woods, and the charming coastal towns like Bolinas."

  • Beautiful home in a beautiful location

"My family could not be more impressed with our gracious host and her home. The residence was pristine and well appointed. Just one block north of Golden Gate Park, the residence provides easy walking access to all that the parks has to offer. Having access to a computer with internet access made planning trips and daily activities simple and convenient. And just as a testament to the host's generosity and attention to her guest needs, our host mailed a pair of gym shoes that we left behind to our residence. The shoes arrived at our house before we did. Thanks again Juliette."

  • Lovely apartment in a central location

"I was a little nervous to book this listing as it had very few reviews and the site seemed to have little activity. But going out on a limb payed off! The owners couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. They provided all keys and directions how to get into the building, park the car, get fobs, etc. (all of which could have been confusing on the first visit). The apartment is a great size and has everything you need for your stay. I would definitely stay there again."
