  • Wonderful experience in the Wine Country

"Lynn and Roger have thought of everything to make our vacation wonderful. The property is just far enough away for the hustle and bustle of wine country but close enough to enjoy all that it offers. I would happily recommend this lovely cottage to anyone who is looking for a place to stay. All of the amenities are there to make you feel like you are home and the "welcome basket" was the perfect touch after a day of travelling. Thanks again Lynn & Roger"

  • This home is paradise!!!

"An incredible view of the entire valley, a wonderful open, airy interior, and very smartly furnished. A fantastic pool. Bring your friends and you may decide you don't need to go anywhere, the place is that perfect. Definitely plan to return again."

  • Great little Cottage

"We enjoyed our stay at Pleasure Point. Everything was as described. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room. We brought our grandsons who enjoyed playing in the yard. We were especially pleased that the cottage is pet friendly. Restaurants and attractions were close. An easy place to get to. Thanks Loraine for such great service."

  • We were totally delighted with the house and blown away with the beauty and charm of the grounds.

"We spent a most memorable Thanksgiving vacation at the house. At the time I booked it I was mostly concerned with getting the proper number of beds and rooms for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. I had almost forgotten about the grounds upon which the house sits. For us midwesterners seeing this setting of the house, grounds, vineyards and location was like being in our own cinema. The house worked well for us. We were able to host Thanksgiving dinner for our extended family who were staying in town. The hot tub was a big hit for all of us. The guys loved playing ping pong (It's a millenial thing) as much as roaming the 10 acres. The grapes had been harvested by November but we used the vineyards and plants for multiple photographs. We found the house to be nicely furnished and comfortable. It was the wrong season for the pool but the hot tub and bocce courts were always waiting for us. It is remote; some navigating through the hilly roads is required. That is however, what makes it a special place. We tried to consolidate our trips to town and that made our stay most relaxing. We spent some time visiting a few of the nearby vineyards all within an hour or so of the house. Mara, the owner, had prepared a nice informational pamphlet with lots of things to do, phone numbers, web addresses and the like. We were able to use the in house Wi-fi and watched a few football games on the large screen tv in the master bedroom. We just loved our time there, and would happily go back."
