  • Can't wait to visit again!

"I visit wine country nearly every fall, and couldn't think of anywhere else I'd like to marry the man of my dreams. We rented this cottage, along with our best friends, for our wedding and honeymoon. It was absolutely perfect! The house is just beautiful, the separate apartment on the first floor made the house perfect for two couples who want to vacation together, but still have their own privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was perfect, the beds comfortable. The hot tub was great, walks along the rustic road were perfect, and sitting out watching the sunrise over the vines from the upstairs deck, hot air balloons lifting in the distance, with a steaming cup of coffee couldn't be beat! Susan and Ron were lovely, and were such gracious hosts. I can't imagine marrying the man of my dreams and spending my honeymoon anywhere else. We can't wait to visit again!"

  • Fabulous apartment with Golden Gate Bridge View

"Magalli's apartment is five-star in my opinion. Light, bright, beautifully furnished with real 'wow' factors all the way through. Easy access when following instructions - stairs lead to wonderful open plan kitchen (or Cafe Lele) with all mod-cons to allow for self-catering. Living room is 'to die for' with unobstructed views (when the fog allows), cool bean bag corner, amazing full-size dining table and full-screen TV for when you can tear your eyes away from the 360 degree view. Bedroom has two very comfortable beds, could sleep four at a push but one bed per person is more comfortable. Big screen TV in bedroom makes it difficult to get up in the morning! Sofabed plus rollaway bed (rollaway pushed together with the sofa bed) makes big enough space for second couple, though not quite as comfortable. Our second couple had been staying in AirBnBs ranging from isolated cabins to renovated sea containers so the arrangements here were very much appreciated and comfortable, though there are no drapes on the floor to ceiling glass windows, so light sleepers may find it more difficult. The roof deck is spectacular and we kept creeping up there for a viewing of the amazing 360 degree views of the city and the bridge - though it was too chilly and foggy to make the best of it when we visited. The gas BBQ unfortunately would not light when we were there - not sure if the gas had run out, but it was a bit chilly to we decide to eat in the kitchen anyway, no big deal. Can't recommend this highly enough - the Marina district is a fantastic location - 10 minutes walk to Ghiradelli and Fisherman's Wharf in one direction, walk to the Presidio Park easily reached in the other direction.. Marina is a very pleasant walk and area to hang around in. Fort Mason parking lot provided free parking for two nights, despite signs that state 2 hour parking only. We didn't get any problem parking there for three days. Book this apartment, you'll love it like we did."

  • Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Home!

"My friends and I recently had a "reunion weekend" at this beautiful home. There were 10 of us who stayed, with 2 more who joined us for dinner on one of the nights. We had a personal chef come and cook us a divine meal and the kitchen(s) had everything he needed to make the chef's job complete. Everything we needed to have a memorable stay was part of this home. Upon arrival, Chris (person who helps look over the property), greeted me with a smile and showed me around quickly so I could get started on the weekend. From there, my friends started arriving and were in awe of how large the home actually was. It was fun checking everything out. Our favorite part was the pool and spa setting- a secluded area to make us feel like we were far away from real life. I would describe this home as a "woodsy mid-century modern". While there were parts that had a mid-century feel, there were parts that felt like we were in a big tree house (as one of my friends described). With an address in Santa Rosa, it's as close to the Sonoma Valley as you can get without the extra cost of staying there. It is literally 1.5 miles from a winery that we gave 5-stars. In addition, communication with Pat was great- he answered all my questions within a reasonable time. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a memorable stay!"
