  • Very nice and comfortable.

"Loved this condo. It was very comfy and roomy. Within walking distance to everything made it the perfect location for our girls getaway. Well appointed with all that you could possibly need. We only stayed for 3 days but would definitely like to come back for a week next time. Kelli made it effortless and uncomplicated. Very pleasant stay."

  • A weekend to remember

"First of all let me just say that the house is amazing and you just have to see it for yourself. We booked this house for two night for our son's graduation BBQ/pool celebration. The house had plenty of room for the three families and it had absoluetly everything that we needed to enjoy our stay and never have to leave the pool. The outside pool area with cabana was the best. The pool water was clean and perfect temperature. There is a outdoor flat screen TV with surround sound which you could actually see as you relax in the hot tub. In the evening we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and making smores. My favorite part of this vacation was the tranquility. The view was out of this world. We couldn't hear or see anyone else except the beauty of the hills. It trully felt like we were thousands of miles away, possibly Hawaii. I can't say enough good things about this property but I can tell you that you don't need to look any further. Another thing that made me choose this property was the owner, Chris. He was always very prompt responding to all my emails and he was very flexible and a wonderful host. We will definitely be returning to this house in the future."

  • Quaint and Contemporary Property / Perfectly Situated for Getting Around

"My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. First the basics - it was clean and comfortable and we felt completely safe there. The deck on the back of the house provided amazing views and offered a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee and our nightly wine. Spotted a few deer in the front yard one morning as well as beautiful birds in the back yard every day. Multiple nearby grocery options. Location provided a great launching pad for our daily treks to nearby state parks, restaurants and wineries. For hiking, Armstrong Redwood State Reserve and Jack London State Park were both terrific. Best restaurants on the trip included LoCoco;s Cucina Rustica in nearby Santa Rosa and Zazu in Sebastopol. Wineries we visited on trip included Provenance (great Malbec and Cabs), Dutton Goldfield (awesome Syrah), StoneStreet (great views), Von Strasser (top notch cabs), Venge (everything was spectacular), Walt (do the 101 single vineyard tasting experience - includes treats from the Girl and the Fig and the Pinots are simply amazing) and Sojourn (good Pinots). All of our excursions were less than an hour away from the house - most of them less than 40 minutes. Highly recommend this property if you are looking to chill."

  • Pedro Point Bird's Nest

"I stayed here for two months this winter with my dog. Angela truly provides a wonderful experience for her guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, great wifi, full cable and every other luxury of home. The best thing it provides is a constant contact with the Pacific Ocean, full view of Linda Mar's surf crowd and a unique little community. Angela was always in touch if I needed anything and she was such a warm host for me. I hope other people get to experience this special place. It was a 15 minute drive for me to get into SF and then maybe 35 minutes to Palo Alto for me. Pedro Point is the place to be if you have to shuttle between the lower peninsula and the city. I think Angela has a special place, but she provides a special touch with her hospitality and insight on the area."
