  • Cozy romantic getaway

"This is a beautiful little cottage. Very romantic. It has views out of every window. It was a little hard to find at first but once we got our bearings it was pretty easy to navigate. The cottage was within 30 minutes of great wine tasting in sonoma and within 15 minutes of Sausolito.Kendra was easy going and a pleasure doing business with. Would definitely stay again"

  • 10 minutes from Bob Weir's Sweetwater, easy commute, 5 minute walk downtown. dog friendly.

"My wife and I and our Irish setter stayed six nights. I lived in Mill Valley in the 1970s and we visit frequently. I was attending a conference in the City and needed a comfortable place and an easy commute. I had just a 5 minute walk to the commuter bus each morning in the center of town. My wife was able to walk our setter around town easily, take him quickly to the Marin Headlands in 15-20 minutes, get a coffee at the Depot or Peets in a 6-7 minute walk. Each evening I was dropped off back in town and walked 5 minutes back to the studio. We had just one issue...no internet, and we were immediately given an alternative password. The kitchenette is limited but works and there are lots of places to get food. Whole Foods with an extensive takeout is on the same street...Miller, as is Safeway with their deli. Also close on Miller is Super Duper Burger which also has magnificent veggie burgers. And just 10 minutes away by foot are great restaurants downtown. The refrigerator is the little dorm style and held leftovers just fine, but the freezer was unusable due to thick ice build-up. Perhaps its been addressed by now. If you like live music and great food, the Grateful Dead's Bob Weir's Sweetwater club is perhaps a 12 minute walk from the studio. This not a detached unit. The owner's description is a must read. They describe in advance any domestic sounds you may experience. We didn't find it an issue."

  • Family Holiday

"My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful home during the Christmas holiday. This home is everything and more. Not only was it impeccable clean and tastefully decorated, but our hostess, Melodi was equally wonderful. As the weather was raining and cold, she kept us informed of the road conditions near her home and met us upon our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had the coolest showers and deep bathtub. There were a few days where we didn't even leave the house. The house has many windows and we loved the sunlight coming in during the mornings. The view from the front deck was amazing. The yard and decks were very well kept. It was so wonderful to sit outside and have coffee in the morning. The jacuzzi was very clean and worked well. This is the first property I've rented where everything worked! We were sad to leave but so happy that we found this gem. It made our family holiday that much better. We'll be back again. Thanks Melodi! We hope to see you soon."

  • Clean and adorable cottage

"Stayed here for a wedding with my parents and our baby. Parking is a bit tough. There are two visitor spots and it's first come first serve. Owners live on the property and helped out when their was an issue with one of the fuses. It was clean and very cute. We loved it!"
