  • Mill Valley

"The house was great for our week-long stay in Mill Valley. Plenty of room for 5 adults and everything was as presented in the listing. Perfect location for anything you want to do while visiting the Bay Area."

  • Peaceful and tranquil

"The sycamore home invites the resident to relax and enjoy the calm environment. It is near a supermarket and the center of town, yet within the house, one feels far from the chaos of hectic schedules. Enjoy the serenity of the patio and forget all of your troubles! Wonderful stay!"

  • Beautiful tree house!

"The house is great - fully equipped kitchen with an awesome view, cozy master with en suite bathroom, truly beautiful dining and living area - it feels lived in and loved without feeling like we were invading someone else's space. We had our two teenaged boys with us; they stayed in the den on a pull out and in the office on a blow up mattress. Worked well for all of us. The house is on the side of a mountain (hence the great views) but is a nice 5 minute walk to the lovely Equator coffee shop and the local grocery store in town. The driveway, as others have noted, is STEEP. I didn't feel up to it, though I'm sure it's fine for anyone used to mountain driving. We parked on the street without issue. Mill Valley is very quaint - we'd stayed in San Francisco many times and it was a lovely change to stay in a cute small town. We enjoyed Kitchen Sunnyside for breakfast one morning, and also Prabh Indian Kitchen for dinner. And it's very close to San Francisco, Stinson Beach (Parkside Cafe is great), Point Reyes and all the hiking you could hope for. Joan recommended a hike to the beach at Tennessee Valley which was super easy and beautiful. The host, Joan, is lovely and easy to work with. Couldn't have asked for better. All in all - top ratings! We loved it!"

  • Just right for our stay

"This is a cute, well-appointed place. We were visiting family in the area, and it worked nicely. Lori and her daughter were very helpful to us, also. Thanks, you guys!"
