  • A Perfect Getaway in a Beautiful Setting

"This cabin retreat just an hour away from San Francisco is a perfect combination of fascinating decor collected from the owner's travels and warm creature comforts that will make you want to stay inside all day. Fortunately, it's also surrounded by a green, lush forest and peaceful creek running through the property. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Amazing restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. I'll be going back."

  • Great views, nice home

"Good. You need to be prepared for the stairs, they are a good workout! Need a handrail on stairs on front porch"

  • Lovely escape in a perfect setting!

"The Cottage in Stinson Beach was just a dream escape for a wonderful weekend - we wished we could have stayed longer! Perfect setting, steps from the beach. Dawn and Barry pay attention to every little detail and even gave me a treat for my birthday celebration. Just a perfectly delightful way to get away. We will hopefully get to stay here again in the future!"

  • Beauty, comfort, and tranquillity

"We love this beautiful home and garden. The house is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. Every time we have come, the place is impeccably clean and there is a welcoming assortment of cheese and crackers in the refrigerator. The garden is lovely in all seasons and provides a tranquil shelter and amazing privacy. The deck is delightful, overlooking a shallow valley with hills rising to the east. I am not a hot tub user, but I've been told that it is excellent! The location is terrific - just off Highway 1 (but far enough off that there is no noise from highway traffic) and an easy walk to Pt Reyes Station, a charming small town with a terrific bookstore, an excellent bakery, grocery shopping, post office, and a number of good restaurants and a variety of shops. Pt Reyes National Seashore is practically at your doorstep, so there are many wonderful walks and vistas to explore. We've been there in rain and shine, and have always loved it!"
