  • Perfect Weekend

"We rented this house for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. It is in a GREAT location and an awesome house. Five of us stayed extremely comfortably. There is a great little coffee breakfast shop around the corner named Bacon Bacon, also a little grocery store. We had an awesome weekend and would look forward to renting this house again!!!"

  • Great place, would stay again!

"A colleague and I stayed at Sergio's property, and we really enjoyed our stay. He welcomed us w/ a courtesy bottle of wine, and an extremely clean unit. Beds, and linens were very comfortable, and the roof top made for relaxing evenings (when warm) after the work day. Location is off main streets, and nice and quiet. Will definately stay again when traveling back to SF."

  • We hope to make this a family tradition!

"My family of four just spent the Christmas holidays at this charming, wonderful house. And even though it rained almost every day of our visit, the weather could not put a damper on our trip, largely because we absolutely loved staying in this house. (My husband joked that he hoped the owners wouldn't mind a lodger... because he was not planning to leave). The owners opened their home to us as if we were their close friends. And my daughter was so inspired by their art that she came home and tried to replicate it. More than anything, though, we just knew that we were staying in the home of a happy, warm family (odd as that sounds given that we never met them!). I am a Bay Area native and know Marin County well. You cannot beat the location for a true "Marin" experience: close to the city, but an absolute retreat. Best things: the views at sunrise and sunset; their extensive, interesting library and art collection; relaxing in the hot tub on a rainy evening; driving the "back way" to Pt. Reyes. Also, the proximity to open space trails means you can hike in the morning with views of the SF skyline and the East Bay, then make into the city for lunch in Chinatown. The neighborhood is great for running, too. Truly, this house (and its location) exceeded our expectations."

  • Very nice spot

"We stayed here for a month's vacation in early 2016, without a car. We took full advantage of the nearby bus stops and the City's outstanding public transit system to explore San Francisco widely. The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's very sweet and clean, fully equipped with everything you might need for a home-away-from-home, and many added thoughtful touches. The house backs onto Coronado Heights Park, a sweet little neighborhood green spot, with easy short trails to spectacular views - and a great dog run for the neighborhood dog walkers. If you are a dog person, you will love watching them play in the large fenced off area within the park. The Randall Museum in the Park was closed for renovation while we were there unfortunately, look forward to a return visit after it re-opens. The area is hilly, but that's San Francisco. Landlord Guillermo was easy to contact and most accommodating. I'm sure we'll be back."
