  • Fabulous place!!

"Beyond the Palm is THE place to stay when visiting the city! We loved it. It was so clean, nicely decorated, had super comfy beds, washer and dryer and a HOT TUB! Dan and Kristoffer were so nice and helpful. They happily responded to questions in a timely manner and offered lots of good advice and suggestions. The neighbors were even nice! Next time we visit SF we will definitely stay here. Thanks Dan and Kristoffer!"

  • Cozy, safe, great location

"Had this place for 3 nights in August of 2016. Place is great. Close to transpo, Walgreens and Starbucks. Property manager is friendly and will take care of your needs like parking permits, etc. parking is easy and usually within the same block, you can find parking. Overall, it's been great. Thanks"

  • Simply perfect!

"I stayed here for approximately three months and could not have asked for a better experience! The location is amazing and the apartment had everything I could have possibly needed to make it feel like home! Cannot recommend enough."

  • Very nice spot

"We stayed here for a month's vacation in early 2016, without a car. We took full advantage of the nearby bus stops and the City's outstanding public transit system to explore San Francisco widely. The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's very sweet and clean, fully equipped with everything you might need for a home-away-from-home, and many added thoughtful touches. The house backs onto Coronado Heights Park, a sweet little neighborhood green spot, with easy short trails to spectacular views - and a great dog run for the neighborhood dog walkers. If you are a dog person, you will love watching them play in the large fenced off area within the park. The Randall Museum in the Park was closed for renovation while we were there unfortunately, look forward to a return visit after it re-opens. The area is hilly, but that's San Francisco. Landlord Guillermo was easy to contact and most accommodating. I'm sure we'll be back."
