  • Great place, would stay again!

"A colleague and I stayed at Sergio's property, and we really enjoyed our stay. He welcomed us w/ a courtesy bottle of wine, and an extremely clean unit. Beds, and linens were very comfortable, and the roof top made for relaxing evenings (when warm) after the work day. Location is off main streets, and nice and quiet. Will definately stay again when traveling back to SF."

  • Chic apartment getaway

"The apartment was nice, comfortable, and very well decorated. It is very close to the beach and the park so it was quiet too! The keyless entry was easy and convenient. Both Charles and Beverly were welcoming and helpful. Would stay there again if I'm in the city."

  • Beautiful from high ceiling to hardwood floors

"This home provided the classic San Francisco experience and then some. The house: charming, homey, high quality beds, bedding, towels, with two newly renovated elegant bathrooms and a new fully stocked kitchen. It is spacious, easily accommodated our 7 adults and one 12 yo. The neighborhood: charming, bustling, with easy access to transportation, walking distance to Safeway and Whole Foods. We did not find the noise form the restaurant downstairs or the street disruptive. Other reviewers commented on the tight entry to the garage, so let me add that we were able to get our Kia Sorento (small SUV) in and out by folding the side mirrors and being careful. Having garage access in SF is a luxury. We arrived Wed early evening and walked the 2 short blocks to the farmers market, bought ravioli and pesto sauce from one vendor, fresh french bread from another, homemade cheese (16 options) from another, asparagus from another, home made soap as a souvenir. We picked up one stick of butter from the corner market and had a feast. We decided to walk up Market to Franklin to start the Big Bus tour, nice 15-minute walk. Our stay in the house made our family wedding even more special."

  • We loved this place - it was exactly what we expected, and more.

"Casa Treat was exactly as Cynthia had described it. It was spotless, perfect for two people, and in an excellent location. We really like the neighborhood as it was close to both a BART station as well as two different MUNI stops. We did not rent a car and never regretted it - the MUNI took us right downtown, with no hassle. The neighborhood is great - we always felt safe, even though we sometimes arrived home quite late - there were always lots of people around and they were very friendly. We ended up spending a day just walking around the area looking at all the murals, and trying out some great restaurants close by. My morning ritual became getting a coffee at Philz, just a block away, and grabbing a danish from one of the many bakeries located on 24th. Cynthia was very nice, with great communication leading up to our arrival. We highly recommend this as a stay for any couple, regardless of age (we are mid-50s). Thanks again Cynthia!"
