  • Amazing Stay! A beyond memorable experience

"If you're looking for temporary housing in San Francisco, stop the search right now and book this Garden Studio - otherwise you might not get the chance to stay here! I was new to the city and Veronica's lovely studio helped me live like a local from the moment I stepped into the calm oasis. Veronica is so kind and she'll go out of her way to make you feel at home and show you parts of the city that only the real locals know about. The studio is very spacious (it's bigger than you think it is from looking at the photos!) and has all the amenities that you need to live comfortably. Two large windows in the bedroom bring in a ton of natural light and you get a beautiful view of the garden that Veronica graciously cares for. The studio also has a full kitchen and all of the amenities that you'll need to make yourself comfy. Oh and the Queen Sized Bed is so comfortable that it makes getting out of bed every morning a way more difficult task. Location wise it couldn't be more convenient -- you've got Dolores Park as a 2 min walk away, and the Muni/Bart will take you downtown in 15 minutes. If you like good food of all types of cuisines, then you'll like the Mission District. A 3 min walk will take you to Valencia Street with local artisans and restaurants, and amazing Mexican food is around every corner. It's too bad I can't stay here for the long term, but I'll definitely be recommending Veronica's studio to anyone I know that is staying in SF!"

  • Wonderful Carriage House in Noe Valley

"We loved our stay in November 2016 at this unique Noe Valley property. The host was great leaving wine and cheese upon our arrival. The house is very quiet with a charming private garden. It is a short walk to the shops and cafes of 24th Street. It's in a superb location in San Francisco. The house was very well equipped. Would highly recommend it."

  • I would definitely stay here again ... and again ... and again.

"Michelle's studio was perfect for my extended weekend in SF! Close enough to everything but just far away enough from the city center so you have a local neighborhood feel. Getting around is easy. A MUNI bus stop is just steps away if you want to use public transportation. The easiest way to get to the Union Square area by MUNI is to take a bus to Castro and 17th and then transfer to an underground MUNI at the Castro station. It's not difficult at all! Those undergrown trains can take you to straight to Powell Street or the Embarcadero. If you prefer the car share route, a number of Ubers always seem to be in the neighborhood. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes after I requested a ride. If you want to ride solo, the trips to and from the Union Square area seem to run anywhere from $10-18 depending on the time of day. If you don't mind doing an Uber pool, I don't think I spent more than $9 to get to the downtown area. If you want to explore the 24th Street area and the Mission neighborhood, both are easily accessible if you want to be a cool kid and get away from the tourist-y downtown. I must mention that Michelle is super cool! You'll appreciate how responsive she is to your messages. She really does make you feel like you have a home away from home in SF. A bottle of wine for you when you get there because, hey, this is SF. The little chocolates were very nice too. The studio has everything you would need as a home base for your SF trip. A kitchen with a stove and refrigerator makes it possible to go shopping at the farmers' markets and have all those goodies readily available for midnight snacks. There's a heater if you get chilly at night. There's also a closet with extra towels and blankets in the event you need them. Like I said earlier, I would definitely stay at Michelle's sweet suite again ... and again ... and again."

  • Wonderful city home!

"We spent a long weekend in this home for a family trip and it was just perfect! Beautifully decorated, fantastic views, everything you could ever need, yet still comfortable. I felt like a princess in the majestic master suite with sweeping City views. We had three kids with us and they all loved the trampoline, hot tub, books and games (although these things are all nicely stored and not obtrusive if you don't have young children with you.) Stacey is a wonderful host and has thought of everything, from extra towels and toilet paper to a welcoming bottle of wine. I can't recommend this home highly enough."
