  • Greathouse and perfect location

"We were 2 families sharing this house for 3 days in San Francisco. The house is just great and having everything for the kids. It's very close to public transportation so it's really convenient to visit the city without using cars. The neighbourhood was great : quiet and easy to find a place to eat or take away. The owners were also easily available any time. We called them at our arrival for small issue wondering where to park our cars. They gave us all the information and we had no issue at all. We would certainly come back (for another visit in SF) and for sure we highly recommend this house."

  • So freaking awesome!

"I stayed on the Magnolia with my mom and 8 year old nephew. It was the most amazing rental I can even imagine. First of all, staying on a houseboat, to an 8 year old farm kid, was such a cool experience. He loved the upper deck and the cool beds he had to climb up to. The Magnolia is furnished beautifully, and was spotless. The showerhead was one of my favorite features. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want, and there was lots of information about the area to read. There were kayaks and a rowboat to use; we didn't have time to try them out unfortunately. I would HIGHLY recommend staying on the Magnolia, it was an experience of a lifetime!"

  • Beautiful Apartment in Lovely Neighborhood

"This property is at the end of a dead end street in a very upscale neighborhood. The ad described it as Noe Valley but I think this was on top of a hill so Id describe it as Diamond Heights. The apartment was lovely, plenty of room with beautiful views. The landlord seemed very organized, there was plenty of helpful information in pamphlets in the home. There was an allotted parking space but some neighbor had parked their junky car in the spot so I had to find street parking which wasn't much of a problem. Be warned if you do this, though, the street cleaning days are different on different sides of the street and different from the adjoining block near the apartment. I got a 68 dollar ticket and wasn't very happy. This property is one where you'd probably want a car. It is not near a bunch of shops ( by San Francisco standards) so you'd have to walk down or up a hill about 5 or more blocks to get to things. It is a very nice neighborhood, I found it very enjoyable staying up there since I had lived in SF as a early 20 something and certainly never could have afforded or known anyone who could have afforded this area so it was new to me."

  • Perfect for families!

"We stayed at Wingsong for my husband's fortieth birthday and it was perfect. We had a group of 5 adults and 2 children (7yo & 8yo). We enjoyed the outdoor space in the evening and the beach during the day. We jetted over to Bodega Bay one day and Point Rey's the next day. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable. The rental process was a piece of cake."
