  • Lovely

"This cottage is just lovely and perfect for four people. Beautiful and updated restoration of a charming farmhouse. It feels like you are in the middle of a vineyard yet it's a short bike ride to Sonoma's town square. I would highly recommend this home. And Julie was great to work with throughout the whole process."

  • Best Vacation Ever!

"The condo is excellently designed in a modern beach theme. The tile flooring in the living room, kitchen and bathroom is amazing. The kitchen was complete with full amenities. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. My son loved the bunk beds. The shower was nice and large. The living room couch was perfect to lounge on after a day in the sun. At night we enjoyed watching tv in that room. The only items we needed to bring were bed linens, towels, paper products, charcoal, and our food. The property is located as the second house on the front row of the Venetian strip. For a family with young children, this is perfect. You can sit in the kitchen or living room and let the kids out to play on the beach. You are seriously 2 steps away from the sand! We barbecued one night on the charcoal grill. The walk to the village where all the shops and restaurants are took 3 minutes. Just walk up the sidewalk and over the bridge. My family of 3 hope to rent this condo again in the future. The owner is really nice and everything was as said in the description. We did some day trips such as Monterey Bay Aquarium, tide pools at Natural Bridges State Beach, and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. All of those sites were within 20-30 minute drive. My son said it was the best vacation ever!"

  • Perfect place for our family affair

"We were visiting Pescadero to attend our daughter's wedding at the OVY Camp. This cottage and the bunkhouse was the perfect location for our family to stay. These were very well appointed and comfortable living spaces. Our only regret was that we didn't have very much time to spend relaxing here. We also loved the location to town. We walked to buy the delicious artichoke bread at Arcangeli's and breakfast at the Pescadero Country Store. Great food at either place. We will return. Lovely town. Fantastic cottage and bunkhouse. Loved meeting Lou. She was such a delightful hostess."

  • Very special house with amazing view

"We came to the Sonoma area for a ranch wedding and stayed in Sebastapol for a few nights first...we wanted to spend a few extra nights near the ocean after the wedding was over. This home did not disappoint. Sitting on the very hip orange sofa and looking out the incredible windows at the amazing ocean view upon arrival, was the first time I truly relaxed during my visit. WE loved exploring the area (even though we were very cold in August. We are from South California, but currently living on the eastcoast and were not prepared for the colder temps). We loved the hike down to the ocean that ran alongside the house and also going to the main area of Dillon Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The design and decor of the home was so relaxing. Great lighting, furniture, fireplace. Just a great overall feeling. We are a small family of 3, but it easily and comfortable could accommodate several families or a large family. The downstairs is totally private. My 11 year old daughter absolutely loved the area. We saw a ton of deer and incredible birds. It was a magical stay. My only small request/suggestion would be to have a small amount of laundry soap available for the w/d. We couldn't find any eco friendly in the area so didn't do our laundry. Make sure you grab firewood on the way (they sell at Dillon Beach Resort. Their cafe had a decent lunch and we had a great dinner at Nick's Cove about 20 minutes away in Tomales Bay. Highly recommend. Jerry was very helpful too! Thank you!"
