  • Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location

"I stayed at this apartment with three friends. It was very comfortable, and had all of the things we needed, including fresh towels, extra blankets, and toiletries. The location is great with easy access to public transport. Anjal was available if we needed anything, and gave us space to enjoy the beautiful balcony with gorgeous succulent garden. The apartment is beautifully decorated with small San Francisco touches, as well as wonderful artwork. There is even a folder with tons of tips for the area. We particularly liked the route Anjal had marked out to avoid the steep hills. The perfect San Francisco experience! Thank you, Anjal."

  • Hidden riverfront gem! Step back in time!

"Beautiful riverfront property tucked away down a dirt road just miles from the coast. Enter the gated property into the the beautiful gardens, and a magical little home awaits you. The acre property is completely fenced, which is great for kids and dogs, and has very mature trees and landscaping. It's a private oasis. The house is perfect for a family to vacation at with open kitchen, comfortable living room stocked with games and books, and two bedroom (that are connected) and 1.5 baths. The deck is perfect for BBQing and dining outdoors and the patio has a gas fire pit for sitting around and enjoying company, a glass of wine and a few too many s'mores! The river is right behind the property and there is a gate so dogs and kids can't freely run into the river at their whim. 😉 There are two kayaks and a canoe and many life vests. The river is wide and deep behind the house for great canoeing and kayaking, with a picturesque view to enjoy from the dock. (No river views from the home, the view is of the magistical trees with complete privacy, but the river is directly behind the property). The tiny town is only a short walk down the dirt road with a great coffee shop/bakery, candy store, post office, general store, a few galleries and little shops and 2 restaurants. We highly recommend this home for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Life slows down in Duncan Mills to a beautiful pace and this riverfront home captures it perfectly."

  • Glorious team offsite

"I booked the ranch for team offsite and it was perfect. It's really hard to find a place that can fit 6 coworkers comfortably and I feel like we could have had even more in this place (not counting the cottage). We especially liked the outdoor grilling in the evening as the sun was setting down, and the hot tube at night while looking over the valley. I was surprised by how well appointed the kitchen was, there's always something that seems to be missing in those rentals but we here had everything we needed. Also, Livermore proper is really close so while you feel like you're in the middle of the country you can still get supplies quickly. Jason, who manages the estate, was easy to work with and very responsive."

  • A vacation that we didn't want to end

"My Wife and our three boys (10,8, and 8) had a wonderful week down at Manresa Beach. I have camped for the last 20+ years at the campground nearby so this was a big change for us. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip and the ease of everything staying at this beach condo. I am a surfer too and the surf was great for most of the trip. The accommodations were perfect for us and is great for families or couples. The owner even added a third cot in the single bed room all made up with sheets, pillows and blankets which was a nice surprise since we have three kids. The unit had all the amenities you would want including including a nice gas BBQ on the deck and a great kitchen for cooking. They even have a toy bin with beach toys, chairs, and a few boogie boards. We ate in most of the time but we did go to Burger. (Period) in Aptos which has good burgers, shakes, and beers on tap. We also ate at the Crow's Nest in the Santa Cruz Harbor which was has a nice and sunny patio. We spent our time mostly at the beach but also went to the Boardwalk for 2 days and down to the Monterey Aquarium (Crowded!). I would highly recommend this vacation home to families looking for a nice place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Santa Cruz but within close proximity to the Boardwalk, the Aquarium, and a very nice beach for kids."
