  • Perfect spot for a family vacation

"The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Its also child friendly with plenty of room for people to find their own quiet spots. Location is perfect if you want to spend time at the multiple nearby natural parks and beaches. There are plenty of unique options to fill many days adventures. The home location is on a very quiet street with no visible neighbors and a wonderful ocean view on each deck. With a bbq and fully equiped kitchen, you are all set for meals as it is a trip to the nearby towns. We are already thinking about when we can come back as no one wanted to leave. The property managment team has their system down making a seamless arrival and departure."

  • Perfect home for a family gathering

"We had an amazing time here. The home is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need from a great kitchen to bikes and toys for the children. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO sites and this was by far one of the best. We were celebrating my mother's 90th birthday. We had visitors from England staying so it was lovely to by the beach and see dolphins each morning!"

  • Wonderful cottage

"We had a great girls weekend at Kenwood Cottage. The garden, creek and jacuzzi were my favorite features. We spent many hours just relaxing in the living room, at the kitchen table and in the jacuzzi. The location was perfect for us. We hiked at Sugarloaf Park in the morning, then went wine tasting at Landmark located down the street, a couple more wineries on the highway 12, and ended up at grocery store buying dinner so we could go back to the cottage and hang out. Would recommend!"

  • Humming Pulsation

"Wow! The "Fung Sui' is excellent to start off a promising stay. # Unit 8. Well lit. Not cluttered. What I love is that there is NO CLOCK staring you in the face - so relax and get ready to explore - food and food; shops and shops; galore just 15 mins away. The kitchen ware for example needs upgrading - avoid cracks (habour bacteria) lines, the numbers if it is 4 of each ought to be 4. Perhaps the white bath/hand towels could be replaced. How about few pairs of chop sticks. Thumbs up for cleanliness. We felt Mike and Amy were accommodating when we needed a little more time to check out. Location is good. The Stinging Rose, a 15 min walk Class A. The Vietnamese Restaurant at the South Side of the square (near China Town Hilton) has a variety of delicious orders and we find the 3 beans dessert yummy . The cake shop just a short walk which sits on Jackson and Stockton junction next to the First Republic Bank is good for a quick bite and is reasonably priced. Walk down to the end of Powell, cross Market Street and get to 4th Street - there is a superb Japanese food outlet - excellent service.( 40 mins) On the whole the service provided has been what we expect; one that we can communicate our needs. We will certainly recommend our relatives/friends to this place."
