  • Cozy and Comfortable.

"What a great place to get away. Very clean and cozy. So great to be so close to downtown. Love staying on the Riverwalk. We brought friends for their first visit to Capitola. It was rainy but still beautiful. Had a great weekend. Would highly recommend this place to friends. I would love to keep it a secret so it won't be booked when I want to go but it is too beautiful not to share. Loved our stay at the Capitola Nook. Can't wait to plan our next weekend get away."

  • Lovely!

"Property is nicer in person than the photos show. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was a challenge with the heating system that was quickly tended to by the owner and property manager. Everything was great!"

  • Amazing rental in Yountville

"We have visited Yountville numerous times in the past, but none of out trips can compare to our month-long stay at beautiful Pedroni. From the moment we walked in the front door, our experience was exceptional. Jill and Charlie have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. We quickly felt like it was our home (except our house isn't quite as well-appointed.....heated bathroom floors! ) Although Napa has many wonderful restaurants, we prepared many of our meals at Pedroni. It was a joy to use the kitchen and the outside grill and then eat our meal on the secluded patio. And, of course, it probably goes without saying that living in Yountville for a full month is a truly incredible experience. We have loved the town and the valley for years and can now add to that our love of our new "home away from home"...Pedroni. Enjoy!"

  • Beautiful house, gorgeous views, roomy, lovely decor, great location!

"We went to Pt. Reyes for the weekend to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday with all five of our kids, their partners, and in three cases, their kids. Four couples and two kids stayed at The Drake, and there was plenty of room for us all. The fourth "bedroom," a fold-out sofa bed in a little area just inside the front door has its own bath but lacks privacy as there is no separation from the entry hall. The kids slept on a futon in an alcove off the living room, also lacking a door. The other three bedrooms are on the top floor (of the three floors of the house, not including the two stories or so of outside steps up to the front door.) and are traditional with a shared bath for two of them and the beautiful master bedroom, with gorgeous, soothing views from picture windows, having its own lovely master bath with shower and "soaking tub." My husband and I took the master, of course, and I loved staying in it. The light was unforgettable. All day Saturday at Kehoe Beach and dinner that night in the reserved room at The Station House. Everyone came back to The Drake after dinner for cake and speeches and there was plenty of room for all 21 of us around the table and outskirts. Plenty of chairs for all (some folding ones stored in a corner at the end of the table). Kids watched TV in the cubby off the living room or played the large selection of board games on the comfy sofas and chairs in the living room. A deli with good sandwiches, burritos, homemade pot pies, pulled pork, etc., is right across the street, and several times we brought food back to the house and fixed it up in the lovely, well-appointed kitchen. The house is one up from the corner of the main drag, Sir Frances Drake, so could not be more convenient to everything. It's located halfway between Inverness and Pt. Reyes Station. The stairs were indeed an issue, as others have commented, and as my husband is blind and has Parkinson's, we probably will never be able to stay there again, but it was perfect for our needs in this moment, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to stay there. Go if you can!"
