  • Rosie's River House....Ideal home for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

"A beautiful setting with many amenities that make for a lovely stay. Clean, comfortable and extremely enjoyable. I visited my daughter and her family last year at Rosie's River house and decided I wanted it myself this summer. Plenty of time for reading, walking, kayaking and that feeling of the "lazy days of summer". Short drive to Guerneville, Monte Rio, and Goat Rock Beach. Most definitely a summer place that I hope to return time and again. Elisa"

  • A fantastic Girls' Weekend at Garden Haiku!

"We had a great stay this weekend at Garden Haiku. The house is comfortably furnished, the kitchen is well stocked (bring plastic wrap/foil and extra paper goods) and the grounds are beautiful! Town is just a minute's drive up the road in one direction with Safeway right there and Armstrong Woods is just a minute up the road in the other direction. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning! Thank you Amanda & John for sharing your home with us."

  • Lovely home with many extras

"Booked the hideaway for a girls weekend trip away in wine country. Location is easy and central to Sonoma. Quiet neighborhood - residential area well taken care of. The home itself is perfect - 2 cozy fluffy beds and a pull out couch, 2 fully stocked bathrooms (soap, lotion, shampoo, hair dryer, curler even) and a patio to die for. The patio and garden area are equipped with a gas grill and fire pit, gardens to admire, a few seating areas ... Really ideal for those nice cooler nights with twinkly lights setting the mood. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy wine and a dining area to enjoy a meal. Seriously, it was amazing. I'd love to come back another time and I highly highly recommend."

  • Amazing family weekend at Egret's Overlook

"We're a family of four adults who love the Point Reyes experience; and we found Egret's Overlook the very nicest place we have ever stayed in the area. The house is situated on a gentle bluff overlooking gorgeous wetlands; and the expansive wrap around outdoor deck is an amazing place to watch all variety of birds, the changing tides, and the changing fog. We enjoyed breakfasts outdoors; and we liked using the barbeque grill to make wonderful dinners to enjoy on the very lovely deck. The interior of the house is clean and comfortable and well appointed and interestingly decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and has modern appliances; and as our family enjoys cooking, we found the kitchen design very accommodating for several people to be working at the same time. The house comfortably can sleep at least 6 people ...perhaps more. The master bath is beautiful with a shower room that brings the outdoors in. There is also a second nice bathroom. Lots of closet and drawer space. A very comfortable living room with ample seating. The dining area is also spacious. Most windows in the house are large allowing in plenty of light and gorgeous views of the wetlands. Also, the house is within walking distance of Point Reyes Station and all that the town has to offer. We had such a nice time and all because of the great house!"
