  • Beautiful one bedroom house in Berkeley Hills

"We spent three nights at this beautiful one bedroom house in September. The house is tastefully furnished. Kitchen and bathroom had been updated and had everything we needed. The entire house was extremely well organized. The owners provided detailed instructions and came to greet us after our arrival. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we definitely plan to stay there again when we visit Berkeley in the future."

  • Beautiful home in a beautiful part of California

"The decor, location, quality linens, beautiful views, spacious well-appointed kitchen, and overall experience were wonderful for a Thanksgiving weekend stay while visiting relatives nearby. Our family of two adults and two teenagers was extremely comfortable at the house. Although it was a little hard to tell from the pictures, the accommodations comprised the entire top floor of a lovely house with an unoccupied (and locked) space on the floor below. The bedrooms, bath, living room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable as well as clean, while the decks just outside were extremely welcoming, with glowing candlelight at night. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant, with a small field of grape vines right at the corner when you turn up the hillside street. The house was a very relaxing place to be, and near many great things to do. We would recommend hiking and exploring in Jack London State Park in addition to finding great food and wine nearby. As the 16 year-old in the family put it, "Ten out of ten I would stay here again!""

  • House across from Stanford nestled between Menlo Park and Palo Alto.

"This house is comfortable, clean and clutter-free. It's located two short blocks from Stanford University; it's hard to get any closer. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and riding bikes. It's a small home, but the floor plan makes it feel quite large."

  • Stunning Views from the pool!

"We loved staying here at this mountain top hideaway! The house is spacious and provided a great deal of room to entertain our large party. There's plenty of space to gather, from the large gourmet kitchen to the enormous great room with fireplace; yet the bedrooms were private enough to provide escape when needed. :) We cozied up in the evenings in the family room where we all had plenty of room to sit and relax. We genuinely enjoyed our evenings out by the pool overlooking one of the best views of Sonoma while sipping on local wines and eating BBQ. We felt like we were miles from anyone in our country like setting, yet we were only minutes from downtown Sonoma. There we spent hours wandering the streets shopping and sampling food and drink at the many restaurants and wine bars. There's a beautiful trail just a short drive down the road where we took a jaunt through the hills at sunrise. (Overlook Trail) The property is completely private and gated so we felt safe letting our kids explore the grounds. The house was clean and well stocked it's the perfect place to rent with friends and/or a large family. We look forward to our next stay!!"
