  • A very pleasant mountain experience

"My wife and I have been to Graeagle twice now, the first time we camped at Plumas/Eureka. We wanted to just relax this time in a comfy home with nothing to decide but where to hike next. The Yates home was the perfect choice. Spacious, well-appointed, clean and neat and very comfortable. Great kitchen, we cooked almost every meal. Played games out on the deck, walked the dog around the forested neighborhood, quick trip to the market or Coyote Grill if needed and instant access to Lakes Basin, Feather River, etc. It's just the loveliest area. Thanks, Wendy - we had a marvelous time and didn't want to leave!"

  • The perfect getaway

"A lovely home. Very private. Clean. This is the perfect home for a couples getaway, or, a family vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to town, shops, grocery store and Graeagle activities. The beds were very comfortable. A peaceful atmosphere, with wildlife coming to visit each day. The perfect house to enjoy the pines, quiet, and beauty of the Sierra's. Krista was a pleasure to work with on the reservations. We will be sure to return to this vacation home."

  • Perfect family vacation

"We just spent a week in this lovely house with our 2 teenage boys. It was perfect! The open family room with the high ceilings, nice size (fully loaded) kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and especially the beautiful deck (with gas grill) overlooking the wooded area & a small path down to the Feather River (great for fun fly fishing) A nice setting within steps of Plumas Pines golf course - and a close drive into Graeagle & all of the amazingly beautiful surrounding lakes. Multiple hikes close by. The property owners were very responsive & thoughtful with every thing in the house. We've used VRBO all over the world & this house did not disappoint. Would definitely come back!"

  • Great Location, incredible sunsets.

"I stayed in Graeagle for the Labor Day weekend and really enjoyed the townhouse, every evening around 630 I would grab my 4iron,6,8,pw and putter and walk to the 6th hole and play 6,7 and 8. The 8th green is about 150 yards from the townhouse and I could do that loop 2 or 3 times. I would see quite a few people out walking on the cart paths putting or chipping on the greens ,you basically get free super twilight golf because its the front nine nobody is playing it after 5:00 or so you don't have any groups coming through. If you love golf , you would be stoked staying here, we also did a lot of fishing in the small lake/pond in the back yard, they have signs that say no fishing but a lot of people were doing it so we did too. The townhouse was basically what we expected, nice place, plenty of room for a large group, bbq on the back deck, killer sunsets, geese and ducks swimming in the lake, very peaceful and relaxing, and even if you don't golf you would enjoy just taking a nice evening walk out on the course and watch all the deer trotting around."
