  • Nice

"Much better than staying in a motel and it probably costs the same or less. Lots of room and well supplied. Fishing gear was available and the river is right there. We stayed 9 days and appreciated the washer and dryer. No dish washer though."

  • pleasant but could have been better

"overall stay was good. home was in good condition, with good kitchen and all that. quiet and as advertised, my only complain is with the maintenance of the unit. lights in the front porch by the main door entrance werent working, lights in the parking space werent working, lights at the back porch were very dim at best. there are lights installed but they just don't work; we visited this home when there was a bear and mountain lion alert in lassen national park, this place is around 12 miles or so away from it; we were traveling with small dogs and it gets very dark after sunset; not having adequate lighting was a disappointment. Also, unfortunately, we were traveling during hot days, we only found 1 small table fan, just one; in the entire house."

  • Better than expected

"The view was fantastic and the house had plenty of room for our family and dogs. We were able to rent a fishing boat at the marina and caught some bass in Shasta lake. We went on a tour of the Shasta caverns, which is a short ride away. Great stay, highly recommended."

  • Perfect family vacation

"We just spent a week in this lovely house with our 2 teenage boys. It was perfect! The open family room with the high ceilings, nice size (fully loaded) kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and especially the beautiful deck (with gas grill) overlooking the wooded area & a small path down to the Feather River (great for fun fly fishing) A nice setting within steps of Plumas Pines golf course - and a close drive into Graeagle & all of the amazingly beautiful surrounding lakes. Multiple hikes close by. The property owners were very responsive & thoughtful with every thing in the house. We've used VRBO all over the world & this house did not disappoint. Would definitely come back!"
