  • Pictures don't do this home justice.

"I met six girlfriends here and this home more than met our needs! It was convenient to wineries and shopping! What more could a girl want? Thanks Jeff for sharing your home. You made it easy to acquire and a very pleasant stay."

  • Outstanding Stay!

"We frequent the Valley because we're getting into the industry and have rented numerous vacation houses in the past. This house by far had the nicest kitchen and was fully equipt with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. You wouldn't think you need to wonder if pots and pans are decent enough to fry an egg in, or knives sharp enough to cut steak, but you would be surprised and this one's great! I usually travel with basics like olive oil and small zip top baggies and was pleasantly surprised to find these items and so many other spices and items that could be incorporated. It sure makes life easier than trying to go buy all of those basic supplies for such a short trip so THANK YOU for the pay it forward concept and for providing so many things for us to share. It was our first time sharing a house with three couples and these accommodations are terrific! Plenty of space and privacy and we didn't even use the little cute private cottage out back. The house is in a great neighborhood with sidewalks near a park so we were able to get out and get walking. It is also very close to downtown where we walked for dinner and wine (PureCru Winery is amazing and you can order pizza etc. from the Oenetri menu while you sip on wine!) uber is also available and very reasonable if you don't want to walk. We appreciated the availability to use the laundry and the gal on site came right down to answer any questions that we had. We never heard them in them in the apartment above the large house. The only downfall is that it is a tiny hot tub and it was really just warm. If we come with a group, we'll absolutely stay again! Cheers!"

  • Napa and Sonoma Trip

"Couldn't have had a better experience with Bob and his property. Our initial impression was fantastic and things got better from there. The condo was immaculate and so tastefully decorated it immediately felt warm and inviting. Directions and instructions to the location were spot on and we looked forward to unwinding there after a day of winery hopping. Already planning our next trip and hoping to stay here again as it was a great location and excellent for any activities in the Napa and Sonoma valleys. Both bedrooms were spacious and have their own bathrooms which made traveling with two ladies pleasant. We utilized the kitchen and living room for board games and light fare after drinking wine all day. The weather was overcast so we didn't get a chance to use the patio, which had a great view of the golf course. A fireplace made it cozy for evenings. Bob was super accommodating even after we left several items at the condo when we left. He couldn't have been a more gracious host."

  • Centrally located house in Napa with spacious communal areas

"This is an older home with a veneer of modern updates (Pergo flooring, mid 90's vanities in the bathroom) but well appointed with comfortable furniture and large communal areas for larger parties to gather. The only challenge was not having a dining table large enough for everyone to eat at (there is a cocktail round and two bar height chairs, and a square top table + folding chairs stored in the laundry area). The house is conveniently located near downtown Napa, Oxbow Public Market, Fuller Park (great playground for kids), running/biking trail along the Napa River, and the highways. It is a quiet and well kept neighborhood."
