  • Amazing rental in Yountville

"We have visited Yountville numerous times in the past, but none of out trips can compare to our month-long stay at beautiful Pedroni. From the moment we walked in the front door, our experience was exceptional. Jill and Charlie have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. We quickly felt like it was our home (except our house isn't quite as well-appointed.....heated bathroom floors! ) Although Napa has many wonderful restaurants, we prepared many of our meals at Pedroni. It was a joy to use the kitchen and the outside grill and then eat our meal on the secluded patio. And, of course, it probably goes without saying that living in Yountville for a full month is a truly incredible experience. We have loved the town and the valley for years and can now add to that our love of our new "home away from home"...Pedroni. Enjoy!"

  • Charming Main Street Home

"Our family really enjoyed staying in this home on Main Street. It was very convenient to walk to the restaurants in the area. Kat and Chris were very helpful with any questions I had before we got there. My deposit was returned promptly. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time together. The back room could use a window unit during the warmer months, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay."

"Owner, accommodations, location, serenity, privacy & vibe are OFF THE CHARTS!!! Every creature comfort imaginable with pool, spa, outdoor shower, fireplace, sitting area, & dining under heat lamps in the vineyard. Sonos speakers throughout, cable, wifi, satellite, stereo all wired and dialed. Cordon Bleu chef owner has a kitchen to die for and is literally one of the most pleasant and welcoming people on earth. Feed the horses or wine taste at boutique winery literally next door or take a short ride on dedicated bike trail into quaint town of Yountville. Bring your golf clubs and play fun little golf course less than a mile away. Concerts, museums, and sporting events at the very special VA campus. Wine Train stop nearby. In-Law unit is a converted garage that is completely self-contained with restroom, shower, kitchenette, and easy access to pool, spa, outdoor shower, and impeccable garden. Sunrise with hot air balloons amidst the vineyards is unique and awe inspiring. Truly one of the most magical places we've ever had the pleasure of staying. Highly recommend!!"

  • An amazing home in middle of a vineyard. Everything was just superb and beyond expectations!

"Driving in to the property, you immediately know you have chosen a great place, arriving at the home surrounded by grapevines and olive trees. The house fools you in size. Unassuming from the outside with rockers and swing on the porch, we opened the front door to the most amazing great room and fantastic kitchen ! I honestly think our group of 8 sat everywhere the place had to offer: huge island in kitchen, huge bench table also in kitchen and another on back patio, around the outside gas fireplace, in the jacuzzi, or the hammock. Though all adults from 24 -60, we played bocce ball, jumped on the trampoline, played ping ping and wished we were small enough to even ride the zip line. We grilled out, we cooked in, The only thing we didn't do honestly was swim in the pool and that was because we are from Florida and need the water warmer LOL. A large family or group would love this house. And less than 5 miles from dozens of wineries and great restaurants and Target/Whole Foods where we bought essentials and dinner items when we cooked. On second day we were all already thinking of when we were coming back! Could not say enough good things honestly. And then to wake up surrounded by a dozen hot air balloons taking off and flying so close you could hear the gas blow was a thrill and has all of us outside in our pajamas drinking coffee in amazement. And the huge moon and thousands of stars at night. No light pollution in the middle of a vineyard !!!"
