  • Absolutely Beautiful!

"During the month of February, 2016 we were delighted to stay at Chic Vineyard! This spacious, beautiful home offered a gourmet kitchen, private and quiet surroundings, well manicured gardens and a delightful pool and spa! It was also very close to all of Napa Valley's lovely Restaurants & Wineries. We also enjoyed its location on a fairly quiet road where we could go for a walk or a bike ride. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a very spacious, yet comfortable home to stay in while visiting Napa Valley!"

  • Rare find in downtown Yountville; very comfortable home with high-end finishes & spectacular views!

"My wife and I spent the month of August in this home in downtown Yountville. It was just recently built, so we were one of the first to stay there. The home is very nicely finished and furnished, and located on the northeast border of the city with spectacular views of a vineyard and the Vaca mountain range, with a short walk to all the top rated restaurants, wine tasting bars and shops in Yountville. We had three couples visit for a few days each at different times during our stay. Although there are 3 bedrooms, there's little privacy for them to share the bathroom between the two bedrooms, so it wouldn't be comfortable with more than one additional adult couple in the home at a time. Tom Gleeson, our host, was great to work with. He was very responsive, the contract process was simple and straightforward, and after an introductory walk-through, we had complete privacy at the home. We loved our time in the home and would certainly go back if we decide to spend another month in the Napa Valley in the future!"

  • Amazing stay and location. Priceless vacation!

"My wife and 2 kids (ages 4 and 1) stayed a week at this lovely home located within a mile of the gourmet food & wine capital of the world, in Yountville. We were joined by my brother, his wife and daughter (4) and our nanny with ample of room for us all. What an amazing place among the grape vines. The pictures don't justify what you actually feel and see when you are there. The home is perfectly situated just above the vast sea of its private vineyard, just enough to overlook the entire area to see the Napa Wine train passing by in the distance and the dozen or so hot air balloons in the early morning. The home and yard itself is something out of a story book where every detail of the home was perfectly situated. From the front porch rocking chairs drinking wine at sunset to the crackling fireplace of the back patio making s'mores with the kids, I only wish I never left this place. And to be honest, we only had one issue which the owners quickly remedied. As a Beverly Hills realtor for 13 years, I have seen my fair share of homes and this home is a must stay if you are in the area. My only hope is to be back every year, if not more. A true vacation experience."

  • A Real Treasure

"My husband and I spent the month of October at Pedroni in Yountville, California. Pedroni is a house built for wine country visitors desiring a home with five star accommodations for a month long stay: an elevator to comfortable bedrooms; two bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs; plenty of hot water and good water pressure; top-line kitchen appliances; a filtered water dispenser; every cable channel imaginable connected to a surround sound system, and internet wi-fi. There's even a printer with paper supplied. Outside the dining area, there's a gurgling wall fountain and off the living area through massive sliding glass doors is a trellised garden where we had our morning coffee and read our Kindles with white roses on one side and a brick oven (with oak and fruit wood supplied) atop a fireplace. Placed discretely out of sight is a spotlessly clean Weber gas grill. Pedroni is well located for walking all over the charming village of Yountville. It's an easy drive to Napa with all the stores you would need for supplies and to charming St. Helena and Calistoga. Here is what was very important to us: the representations of Pedroni on the web site are absolutely accurate. We have rented other homes in the past and found those web site contained serious misrepresentations which made for major disappointments. That was certainly not the case at Pedroni. If it is listed on the Pedroni site, you can be sure it will be there. In fact, Pedroni's web site understates its quality, amenities and convenience. Jill and Charlie are wonderful hosts who had helpful tips and made our month in Yountville both enjoyable and a warm memory."
