"Just left this home screaming and kicking! Our stay there was WONDERFUL.! Took a group of ladies for a church Woman's Retreat. It was so relaxing and the view is AWSOME. Everything we needed was provided in this house it was well maintained and supper CLEAN. We spent a lot of time just looking out the large windows. The owner Liz was super nice. Our plan is to Retreat there AGAIN NEXT YEAR."

  • Great Family Getaway

"We stayed 3 nights in this house and it wasnt nearly long enough! The house is perfect for a group with different ages , ours had 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The teens loved the loft, everyone loved the living room and the outdoor fire pit. There is a great patio off of the kitchen to catch the morning sun and the back patio for an end of day glass of wine to watch the sunset over the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking large or small meals."

  • A cute and cozy home away from home!

"We enjoyed our time at the Harbor Cutie! The home was cute and cozy and great for hanging out and spending time together as a family. Our 21 month old loved all the toys in the kids' room and enjoyed riding the plasma cars outside. The outdoor play area is large and fenced in, so it felt safe for her to go scooting around. We enjoyed the swing and wooden deck chairs, too. The barbecue in the back yard was a nice feature; we grilled up some fish, veggies, and s'mores one night for dinner. The house is on the small side: we were a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler, and I don't see how 8 people could have fit in there (the house advertises as sleeping 6-8). The master bedroom had a king-sized bed and a small couch that folded out to a sleeper for one person. The second room had a queen bed, and the kid's room had two twin beds. I suppose another person could have slept on the couch in the living room if need be (large leather couch; it didn't fold out), but keep that in mind when booking: there are really only beds for 7 people. Also keep in mind that the walls are kind of thin. We were staying in the master bedroom with our toddler, and in spite of using a sound machine, she woke up a couple of times because of noise from the kitchen/living room area (right outside the bedroom door). There is a vent in the wall between the kitchen/master bedroom, too, so that carries noise. It also would have been nice if the rooms had been equipped with curtains instead of blinds; the blinds didn't do much to keep light out late in the afternoon or early in the morning. The house was otherwise well-stocked with pretty much anything you could need, including toiletries. As I mentioned, our toddler got a kick out of all the cool "new" toys and books that are stocked in the kid's room. We also had fun using the beach toys (buckets, shovels, etc) at Doran Beach. And though we didn't use them, the crib and stroller were nice amenities! All in all, the Harbor Cutie was just what we needed: we wanted a getaway to spend time hanging out with family and creating fun memories with our toddler, and we were able to do just that. And Jodie was very accommodating and returned all emails and texts immediately. Thanks!"
