  • Delightful

"Our stay in Sebastopol was wonderful. We arrived late but Robin was there to meet us for a quick orientation and helped us blow up the air bed (which was most comfortable)!!. The house was just as described, very clean, comfortable main bed, well appointed kitchen and close to town. We were able to eat apples and peaches from trees in back yard, and enjoy tomatoes from the garden. I would highly recommend this property and plan to stay again myself. Thank you so much Robin!!!"

  • Wonderful Stay!

"Loved the house, very comfortable and great location! Can walk to town. Kitchen was well stocked. Lori the owner was great, she even had coffee and cream in the refrigerator when we arrive and fresh flower! Would definitely come back and stay again."

  • Wonderful, well appointed, secluded home.

"We visited over Thanksgiving week with our two sons. This house turned out to be just as lovely as advertised--a spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully situated base from which to explore Sonoma and the Russian River Valley. We even took a day trip to Bodega Bay, which is a short distance away. The layout was ideal providing adequate space to be together as well as alone. We found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen, watched some football in the comfortable living room, and best of all, started each evening with a glass of wine in the backyard amid the grape vines and lush landscaping, including plants, herbs and lemon tree. Our host, Diane, could not have been more gracious. (The wine and quince jelly was a pleasant surprise.) Her assistant, Alison, was a delightful guide, answering all our questions and giving us some great advice for local eateries. We would highly recommend this property and intend to return in the future."

  • Awesome Place but Lacked Kitchen Staples and Bathtub Drainage

"This house was very comfortable for 9 ladies celebrating a weekend away. The pros: easy contact with rental company (including understanding the gate lock), awesome garden, great kitchen and appliances, proximity to town, outdoor space and lots of seating. Cons: barking dogs next door, lots of stairs which are def not handicap-able and you must climb up several flights to get in (warning to elderly), lacked very basic kitchen staples (no olive oil, salt, sugar, etc.), and the bathroom tub got gross because it did not drain. Overall, it was clean and comfortable for a great price."
