  • Beautiful Property- Great Location !!!

"My wife and I and my son and his wife spent an amazing Week at this wonderful home on Elizabeth Court. Whether enjoying our morning coffee or our last glass of wine on the deck after a busy day we felt so comfortable. This is a perfect place to stay for 2 couples. The bedrooms with King beds ; nice bathrooms and showers; updated kitchen and roomy living area and of course the deck and view made everyday special. Most importantly- the location of this property could not be better!! We saw Huey Lewis and the News at Rodney Strong Vineyard in Healdsburg. Visited the Russian River Brewery in Santa Rosa , explored Armstrong Woods and took ride to Bodega Bay. All so close. For wine lovers you simply cannot make a turn from the property without seeing a vineyard. Just a few we visited ; Paul Hobbs, Martin Ray , Hook and Ladder, Arista , and Iron Horse were easy drives. Restaurants we enjoyed were Canneti in Forestville; Underwood in Graton and Zazu in Sebastobol. Finally I would like to thank the owners and their team for all the info , recommendations and communication. The weather for our week was perfect. We would love to return to this area and property!!"

  • Really was Neato!

"We had a great time at Real Neato! Pictures can't do the view justice. Bring a kayak for extra fun. Sue the owner is quick to respond. The home was clean and had all the amenities you need. The fact that our dog was welcome was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to return!"

  • Cozy vineyard cottage

"All the comforts of home with none of the stress. Steve and Linda greeted us when we arrived. They were always willing to answer questions and give suggestions for sightseeing, dinner or anything else. Even though the cottage is close to their home, you have all the privacy you want. We enjoyed our conversations with them throughout the week. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated and convenient to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. There were wineries galore within walking, biking and driving distance. We picked fresh berries right along the road for breakfast one morning. It provided a great place to relax after a day of wine tasting, hiking the redwood forest or a day at the beach. We would love to stay there again."

  • Beach Retreat

"The Beach Retreat is a really great spot to spend time when in the Guerneville area. It is only about a eight minute drive to downtown Guerneville and yet is only about a five minute walk to a private beach area along the river. The view from its balcony is lovely (although there in no view of the river itself) and provides perfect privacy. The master bedroom is separate from the the rest of the house and also provides privacy and quiet that are very nice. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and the appliances were very nice. Parking for up to three cards is conveniently right out front. The fenced-in yard is great if one had dogs. On the other hand, when the place gets warm, it is hard to get air circulation because the only opening in the back of the house is the back door to the balcony. When sitting outside, there is some truck noise from Highway 116. While overall quite nice, parts of the house looked a little shabby -- an ottoman in the living room that has seen better days, moldings that need care, some parts of the house the cleaners missed (dust), a kitchen that had basic supplies but we've seen better (e.g., salt and pepper were supplied but no other spices). The balcony railing was not as sturdy as one might like. Especially near the gate it seemed really wobbly. We wanted to do a really good job of cleaning up as we had dogs with us, but the vacuum cleaners in the house were in poor condition and made extra work for us."
