  • Cozy little house has everything.

"The house was perfect for us on many levels. First, it is right next door to my daughter's house for our week's visit from snowy Minnesota. We were present but not underfoot. Second, it is clean as a whistle, we'll-equipped, freshly painted and furnished with all that we needed. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen cheery. The thermostat needed replacing during our time there, and the owner saw to it right away. Thanks for a delightful stay in the Little Yellow House."

  • Good location for Napa & Sonoma Exploration

"The location is excellent for exploring the Napa & Sonoma Valleys, and it's position in the middle of a well cared for vineyard was charming and peaceful. It was spacious and clean, but could use a little love. A few of the curtains were marginally functional, hot water was a bit of an issue at some of the more distant showers or tubs. And there was no fire wood provided, which is always a nice touch when coming to a vacation home with fireplaces. A couple mornings we would have enjoyed a fire. This is the first and only VRBO home I've stayed in that didn't provide firewood for their fireplaces or stoves. The property gets the forth star for it's central location to the places you want to visit during your week, and it's being located itself in a peaceful, private vineyard. We would stay here again. :)"

  • Comfortable upscale

"This is our second consecutive year staying at Lisa's home for our girls' weekend. We were drawn back because of the well appointed large kitchen, comfy, cozy couch in family room to sit chat and drink wine, and its proximity to Annadelle Park. The four of us get together once a year to reconnect and although we have plans of going out on the town, this home kept us in and comfortable. The entrance to Annadelle Park is steps from the front door. Each morning or whenever we were able to pull ourselves out of the house we would go for runs and walks through the park. The two queen beds and king bed was comfortable and we felt well rested, which can be tough away from home. We meant to use the hot tub but we were too caught up in chatting and drinking and we were so comfortable we didnt make it out there. We would love to come and stay again!"
