  • Great family getaway

"We recently stayed at this beautiful house with our 3 grown children and their spouses. We wanted to take a trip to California wine country for my husband's birthday. This was the perfect spot! 4 bedrooms (one for each couple), a great gourmet kitchen and plenty of room for gathering on the deck and in the family room...everything the listing promises and more. Our kids really loved the sound system...we had plenty of wonderful music every night. We cooked our breakfasts and dinners at the house. The deck was perfect for us all to eat together. The owner, Lisa, was a gem to work with. Her on site manager, Kimberly, was very helpful. Prior to our visit Lisa answered every one of our questions. She sent a fabulous welcome packet with plenty of suggestions and recommendations for our visit. We used her recommended limo service for our winery visits. John, the owner and driver, was incredible. His selection of wineries was great and he was a fountain of local information. More attractions nearby .... If you like the Peanuts comic strips be sure to visit the Charles M. Schulz museum, it was a fun afternoon. Our kids used the walking paths across the street that lead to the different parks. We went downtown for dinner at Ca'Bianca and had a beer before our dinner @ the Russian River brewpub. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Santa Rosa ... this is your place. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home Lisa!"

  • Hidden Gem Indeed

"This is a beautiful, comfortable house for a weekend away. There was plenty of space and the owners were easy to communicate with in planning the trip. The neighborhood isn't remarkable, but there is a grocery store nearby and a park nearby that we walked in every morning before heading out to wine country. I felt the queen in the master was very comfortable and I slept well, but I dont think every one felt the same about the other beds. We loved our stay here!"

  • Peaceful as Advertised

"I liked the patio area - a very relaxing place to read, drink wine and watch the dear slink into the yard hoping to remain undetected. The bed was also nice. And the location is good - in the city and yet still has a rural feel. It was nice walk/hike down the road into Spring Lake Park then on to a cobalt blue Lake Ilsanjo in Annadel State Park. Several groups of deer, a jack rabbit and many bird species were encountered on the way. About 2.5 hours round trip. Robin and Sim were quite nice and would be very helpful for those unfamiliar with the area (I was). The only downside is that GPS does not work well in this part of Santa Rosa, but overall the experience was quite good. Recommended."

  • Beautiful house with great amenities

"We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are great and the pool was exactly what we hoped for. Cooking was easy on the grill and in the kitchen, there’s a wonderful pantry with lots of basic staples which was quite handy. We mentioned we were bringing our baby and a pack and play and high chair were thoughtfully put out for us which was a very nice touch. All in all we had a great stay and we’d love to do it again. Zero complaints!"
