  • Feels like home.

"David was a pleasure to work with from the start and when my family of 6 arrived I was very pleased with everything too the end. Home was was lite with all the sky light windows. The vineyards were everything I imagined and a bonus was the apple trees. The guests book provided was very informative and we appreciate the maps left to use as well. The house was fresh and clean and a pleasure to have shared my wine county visit in this comfortable, inviting home. 3 bedrooms with kings sizes beds, so comfortable to sleep in, we didn't bring children but they had a pack and play, high chair with kids toys. The amenities provided were touch notch to included everything like a full linen closest with enough linens for 10 people, although it only sleeps 6,. The kitchen had a spice rack, all necessary kitchen tools, plate ware of all types. Made it easy for a good meal. I would highly recommend this property with the added features like a hot tub that fit everyone, free wifi and staying in a vineyard that you can walk through. Thanks for your help on making our wine country experience one to remember for a lifetime."

  • Delightful Country Cottage

"The warm glow of the Little Bird Cottage was a welcome sight upon our arrival in Sebastopol that evening. Thoughtful personal touches made it all the more special, with fresh cut flowers, a bottle of wine and chocolaty treats awaiting us. Attention to detail exceeded expectations, as the decor and bedding were beautiful, and the towels extra soft and fluffy! We had everything needed to make breakfast in the cozy, efficient kitchen and then off to the day's activities. The cottage was an ideal base, close to our daughter at SSU and the concert we attended on campus at the Green Music Center. We were 5 minutes from coffee at the Village Bakery in The Barlow in downtown Sebastopol, a 20 minute drive to tasty tapas at Bravas in Healdsburg, a leisurely jaunt to a meditation workshop in Penngrove and an easy commute to a fundraiser then dinner at the Wild Goat Bistro in Petaluma. Kathy and Ken Eide were very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer, making the reservation process a breeze. Staying at the Little Bird Cottage was a delightful home away from home and one that we will definitely recommend to family and friends."

  • Amazing one-of-a-kind place for special gatherings

"Rancho Wikiup is a fantastic space. Tasteful décor, one-of-a-kind. Original art and handicrafts, board games galore, fast internet. Huge functional kitchen. SO close to sights in Sonoma County. Easy access to groceries, shopping, etc. We stayed here for a Thanksgiving family reunion for which each guest cooked a dish. The immense kitchen has every conceivable cookware, utensil, tableware, etc. Fully stocked pantry. Extra space to store the turkey, wine & cheese? No problem, with the 2 extra refrigerators. Cook the turkey for many hours without occupying the main kitchen oven? No problem – there's an oven in the extra apartment. Roasting a duck and standing rib? No problem – the large outdoor gas grill was perfectly suited."
