  • What a wondeful hidden gem!

"My husband and I stayed here for three days. The cottage and its property were wonderful, and the location was perfect -- close to wineries and restaurants, but away from the commercial hubbub. There is a creek in the back of the property that was relaxing to sit by at the end of the day -- we watched squirrels chasing each other from tree to tree while sipping on some wine from one of the many wineries close by -- very serene. Robin was a great host, and gave us some ideas of places to visit. She provided fresh farm eggs from her chickens, and invited us to pick some fresh basil and produce from her garden for breakfast. The cottage has a helpful menu book of local restaurants that she put together, which includes notations of her favorites -- we found this very helpful! The cottage was very comfortable -- perfect size for the two of us, and equipped with everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again."

  • Absolute perfect spot for our wedding

"The venue could not have been better. The space works really well for doing the ceremony, dinner, and dancing all in one location. It was also great to be able to have up to 15 people stay there. The place is very well taken care of and it was the best equipped kitchen I've seen. Everyone in the wedding loved this place. It was also very quiet and there was no problem with wind. It felt nice, comfortable and private. Lots of parking. It was good to have the AC when we were there since it was a hot Indian Summer weekend. The rooms were all great, unique and well decorated. I highly recommend Rancho Wikiup and we want to come back with a small group and just stay and relax."

  • Feels like home.

"David was a pleasure to work with from the start and when my family of 6 arrived I was very pleased with everything too the end. Home was was lite with all the sky light windows. The vineyards were everything I imagined and a bonus was the apple trees. The guests book provided was very informative and we appreciate the maps left to use as well. The house was fresh and clean and a pleasure to have shared my wine county visit in this comfortable, inviting home. 3 bedrooms with kings sizes beds, so comfortable to sleep in, we didn't bring children but they had a pack and play, high chair with kids toys. The amenities provided were touch notch to included everything like a full linen closest with enough linens for 10 people, although it only sleeps 6,. The kitchen had a spice rack, all necessary kitchen tools, plate ware of all types. Made it easy for a good meal. I would highly recommend this property with the added features like a hot tub that fit everyone, free wifi and staying in a vineyard that you can walk through. Thanks for your help on making our wine country experience one to remember for a lifetime."

  • Thoughtfully laid out, great location near park

"Pros: Gem in Santa Rosa with great deck, backyard, hot tub. Location very close to the park. Great space for small groups of people. Owners were very nice. Kitchen well-equipped. Cons: Communication with owners was a little bit delayed. A few more window screens would have been nice so we could leave the windows open instead of A/C since there are mosquitoes. Overall, everyone was impressed and it was great value."
