  • Perfect Hospitality

"My fiance and I recently stayed at Patti's while wine touring (and food touring) Napa and Sonoma for three days. She is a wonderful hostess, and the cottage was the perfect place to relax, rest and recharge. We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Lovely cottage in the wine country

"This is a lovely one-bedroom, one bath cottage located on a small farm about 2 miles from the Sonoma Plaza. The cottage is decorated beautifully and has a large fully-stocked kitchen. The wrap-around deck contains a propane and charcoal grille. Clusters of grapes can be picked from the deck itself. Nearby is the family pool area next to a large ranch house where the parents of the owner reside when they come out for the weekend from San Francisco. The pool area is available for cottage guests and is marvelous. The awesome hostess, Nina, had informed us before our arrival of the wine festival being held in downtown Sonoma on that weekend. The festival was fantastic, with wine tastings, live music and lots of food. While there, my friend was describing our cottage in glowing terms to a group of locals she had just met. Coincidentally, she had just met Nina's parents. After the festival, Pete showed us around the property, gave us some fresh vegetables and a couple bottles of his wine. The location is very accessible to both Sonoma and Napa Valleys. One day we drove up the Sonoma Valley to Geyserville and then south to Napa stopping at a few wineries and exploring the towns. Calistoga is worth seeing. All in all, the accommodations, the hostess and her family and the Sonoma community were wonderful."

  • Wonderful place in Sonoma--so close to San Francisco

"Our family spent 4 nights over Thanksgiving at this amazing property. It is so close to San Francisco (about 45 minutes) that my son was able to easily drive back in to work on Friday. And of course it was so near so many restaurants, beautiful wineries, and a great little brewery. The location can't be beat! The grounds have everything you could possibly want---hot tub, pool, horseshoes, bocci court, firepit, etc. It was a bit chilly when we were there so we would love to return when we could enjoy those things more. The interior was beautiful, warm, and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked---even had a roasting pan for our turkey. Between the cottages and the two living areas in the main house, there are lots of places people in a large group can go to read, play games, have a little quiet time, etc. The owners were incredibly responsive to any request--Terri even sent my swimsuit back to me that I left in one of the cottage bathrooms. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"

  • Excellent & charming place for a large group. Quiet neighborhood.

"We rented this house in conjunction with a wedding event nearby. The place is very clean and spacious and worked really well for our group of 9, including 2 dogs (pet friendly). We cooked several times there and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. It's a very private estate so it was very quiet & peaceful the entire stay. The location was extremely convenient to Sonoma square, groceries, cafes etc. The owner was extremely easy to work with in answering all of my questions. He responded very efficiently and was always kind & courteous. I highly recommend staying there and if we are ever in town again we would surely stay again."
