  • The Cottage was Amazing

"The Olive Grove Cottage was a perfect weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. Wine tasting and Sonoma Square are just a few minutes away. The home was very clean and had a large yard with a great outdoor fire pit. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the fire pit since it was raining, but it would have been perfect with a glass of wine. We would definitely return!"

  • Perfect, everything that we wanted

"Liked that kitchen was well equipped as we like to prepare some meals at the end of the day, especially with the great seafood from Sonoma Market. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Great location, nice for sitting outside, look forward to returning in the future."

  • Excellent venue for a large family.

"We found the home, grounds and location to be outstanding. The kitchen allowed us to plan and execute evening dining with ease. Lighting was wonderful. Most all were on dimmers."

  • Perfect Family Home

"We just returned from our family holiday trip to Sonoma / Napa, and this home was perfect for our family of 5. On the day we arrived we were greeted by two of the Larson's sweet Labs, Pete and Buster. We headed straight to the winery for a tasting and light picnic. The grounds are gorgeous! We played corn hole with the kids while sipping wine and taking in the beautiful scenery. We loved learning about the history of the property and A Captain's House, which is modern but still maintains many original features. The home was spacious and clean, and the outdoor area was beyond our expectations, with a beautiful outdoor eating area (under the pergola), a couple of seating areas - one on the porch and another by the creek - as well as a small, nicely manicured lawn where we played corn hole and bocce ball. The home is located on a working winery, so there's a lot of hustle and bustle during the day, however at night it was peaceful and quiet. We fired up the wood stove at night, played cards and made dinner in the well appointed and well stocked kitchen. When dining out, don't miss The girl & the fig in Sonoma Plaza...be sure to ask for a table on the patio. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique, family oriented, fun place to stay in wine country."
