  • Quiet clean perfect layout for 2 couples nice location

"Thank you Josette and David for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was our first time in Sonoma, we enjoyed the wineries, Armstrong woods and a trip to the coast.Your house was an easy commute to everything we wanted to explore. We also enjoyed the market and resturants in nearby downtown Sonoma. We will miss enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings on your tranquil and private back patio. Looking forward to another stay, Laurel and Charlie"

  • Beautiful Home

"We were overall very impressed with the home. It's definitely beautiful and spacious. We got to see the deer roaming around outside through the kitchen window. We visited several vineyards that were about 20 to 30 minutes away but Sonoma Circle where the girl and the fig is located was a great close place to visit. Lots of restaurants and little shops and a historic sonoma county park. The house had several amenities that we didnt anticipate we would need."

  • Weekend of relaxation

"We spent a long weekend relaxing at the Pelican House in March and it couldn't have been better. Booking with Ken and Laura and quick and they were a pleasure to communicate with. The house was clean and cozy. The view from the deck was fantastic and access to the cliff trail was just a short walk. We'll definitely rent the Pelican House the next time we stay in Sea Ranch."

  • What a view!

"I stayed here for the weekend with my friends to celebrate my birthday and it was a great place! Although it was a pretty rainy weekend, we still had an awesome time hanging out in the house. There were 7 of us total and we had more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. I actually think they can list this house with a higher occupancy rate. There are 2 couches on the main level, 1 upstairs, and a futon on the upper loft area and then all the beds listed in the overview. The house has a very unique layout and design, but it’s all great things. It was a really cool house and the view was soooo beautiful. The view comes at the cost of driving up a super tight, winding road — which freaked me out only because we were in a huge Suburban and it had heavily rained that week. Besides food and drink, there was nothing else we needed to purchase for the house, there was plenty of glassware, cookware, toiletries etc. Our only complaint out of everything is that the hot tub had an unpleasant smell. It just made it so we didn’t hang in there for very long, which was a bummer. I would suggest they probably just need to replace the cover after every other season. I would absolutely stay here again and would love to come back during the summer months and enjoy the outdoor deck area more. It would have been great to eat outside and enjoy the view, it was just too rainy the weekend we went. But at least you can still see the awesome views from inside!"
