  • Amazing Rental

"Susan's house is amazing! It has plenty of space and great amenities. It also has 4 bathrooms! We cancelled a rental that was not much cheaper and only had 1 restroom. This is a great value. Every part about this house was designed for relaxing. The backyard has great landscaping, a pool, and fantastic covered area. We had breakfast outside by the pool every morning. The bathrooms were nice, and the kitchen has all the essentials for those who like to cook. Overall 5+ stars, and we will be back!"

  • A Long San Diego Weekend

"It was a very nice place. I enjoyed my stay. I have a couple suggestions for improvement. When I first arrived, I was somewhat skeptical of the property because the exterior of the home could have used a little face lift. There were weeds growing on the walkway to the entrance gate and the paint chipping off on the stairs and landing by the door. When I enter the apartment, I was quite impressed with the interior. Very clean, newly renovated, and nicely decorated. One suggestion.......there weren't window coverings (e.g. - blinds, sheers, etc.) for most of the windows in the living room and kitchen. I am not an exhibitionist and would have appreciated a little more privacy. Also when I received the instructions from Turnkey, they weren't clear that the entrance to the apartment was up the stairwell on the right side of the home. After arriving from the airport around 12 midnight, I walked on the front porch and the code didn't work. I called Turnkey for assistance and they gave me another code to use. When I entered the home, I was approached by a woman in her night gown who was startled by my entrance & shocked that the code opened the door. I was also startled that someone was occupying the residence. She advised me that the entrance to the apartment was on the side of the home. I kept apologizing for the mistake and entering the property where she resided. My first night at the property was not a welcoming and positive experience. If some of my suggestions are addressed, I would certainly consider renting the property again, but would not be my first choice."

  • Great Property for a quiet secluded getaway

"Rooms were spacious, elegantly designed and bathrooms were very modern. The home is very spacious with a great view of the hills and valleys. It was very quiet/secluded area, although we did play music after hours, we felt like the whole valley/estate was ours (feels like we were staying at one of the wings of hearst castle imho). There's a nice formal dining room for a good sit down dinner and the kitchen is stocked with all the cutlery, pots and pans that you would need for a nice dinner at home. The BBQ on the patio was a plus as well. Plenty of Parking as well, we had enough space for 4 cars. Nice property to get away from the city and relax and unwind. Thank you Mike for the hospitality! We hope to do it again next year!"
