Vacation rentals near Simpich Showcase Theatre

It was a solo trip and I enjoyed my stay at the Trolley Car. It was clean, quiet and close to everything I needed. Even though I was by myself I felt safe. Everything about the Trolley Car made me feel pampered. It truly is a special place!

This is a lovely cottage where I brought my 85 year old mother. It worked well for her with her walker, the bed was very comfortable, nice snacks and coffee for the morning and a terrific stay. We will come again if in the area for an overnight!! Highly recommend this lovely place!!

Beautiful basement apartment! We only had one night in Colorado Springs, but wish we could havre stayed longer. So bright, clean & cute. Everything updated and everything you need for a longer stay. Great location for Garden of the Gods & Broadmoor. Highly recommend!

I have nothing bad to say about this property. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful stream running in the background. The house is spotlessly clean, has an amazing shower and great kitchen. The owner is easy to get in touch with and very nice.

Nice to have a cottage to ourselves. Just the right size for the two of us. Privacy and quietness was great! Will definitely stay here against n if possible.

We had an amazing time staying at this house in Divide. It was centrally located to so many things. We enjoyed Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, downtown Manitou Springs and white water rafting with Lost Paddle. The house had everything you could need and the owners have thoughtfully stocked every cabinet and room. It was quite chilly for our June trip so we really enjoyed the hot tub as well as a couple fires inside. Thank you so much for adding to our Colorado experience!
