  • Great Stay

"The house is just as described. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bath all located together on the main level. Downstairs there is a master with en suite bathroom. Also a twin bed in the lower living area. It was "cozy" but plenty of room for our group and nice to have the living spaces up and downstairs to spread out. The owner was very helpful and made an extra trip to make sure we got a couple items we left behind before heading to the airport."

  • The best place I have ever stayed in

"This place is fantastic and has everything you need for your stay. It is right in the heart of downtown Denver. It is a block or two away from Coors Field. The king size bed was very comfortable, and everything was not only clean, but high end quality as well. There are a few great bars right across the street, but you could not hear a sound when in bed for the night. They also had these great retractable blinds above the bed and in the living room that closed out all of the light at night, and then let the sunshine in after we woke up. All you had to do was touch a switch. We did not use the huge meeting space inside, but The rooftop space included in this rental rivals any rooftop bar in the downtown area, only it is better because it is yours for a barbecue or a full scale party for 50. Matt was great and easy to work with, and we had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this property for your stay, party, or meeting in the downtown area. Thanks Matt, My wife and I had a great time. Brett"

  • Exceeded our Expectations

"My husband and I stayed at the Victorian Apartment for a month, mainly to visit our children and brand-new grandaughter. This is an urban location which appealed to us plus it was within walking distance to our kids. Gary renovated the entire property himself and it is beautiful. He used the best of everything which included several furnishings with an interesting history including the marble tiles, floors, railings and doors. He didn't skimp on anything and we paid a reasonable price to stay here. It was very comfortable and clean. The surround sound in every room was nice, as was the steam shower which was something new for us. We were lucky that Denver had record warmth while we were there so we used the wonderful deck everyday. What a view! We walked everywhere including downtown almost everyday, which was less than a mile and visited several good restaurants on 17th ave. A special treat was the famous Rosenberg's Bagels, a couple blocks away. What a find. We walked to 16th Street Mall, Union Station and the Denver Mint, all within a half hour walk. City Park is only a 5 minute car ride away and visited here daily for a beautiful walk around a lake. The light rail was only 3 blocks from here which we rode down to Littleton for the day. It was easy to hop on the freeway and head to the mountains which we did a couple of times and we took an Uber to a Bronco's game. The location for everything we wanted to do was ideal. Parking out front on the street was convenient and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were top of the line. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept well. We travel frequently and this is definitely at the top of places we've stayed at. Gary was fun to talk to and was very informative and helpful when needed. We enjoyed his beautiful home and Denver tremendously."

  • Great location

"Great area, very cozy and quaint. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend the place. The only downfall was difficult parking and would suggest using Uber or Lyft."
