  • This home was perfect for my family.

"I really enjoyed my stay in in this home. It was my first experience staying in a home as opposed to a hotel and staying here added the family feel to this mini reunion. The house was clean and many of our needs were met, we got to bbq at night and play cards together in the evening. We added to the menagerie on the mantel and are still wondering about the spoons in the dining room. What's up with them Jon? Thank you for making our visit to Denver memorable."

  • Great Location for Downtown Events

"This was our first time using a service like Homeaway. Overall it was very good. When we arrived our keys were waiting for us. There is a 7-11 attached to the building so we were able to grab some snacks. The location was clean and generally well cared for. The best thing about the building is how close it is to everything downtown. You are 1 block away from the outdoor mall and restaurants. 2 blocks from the convention center and about 7 blocks from the baseball stadium. As for the stay itself, there were extra towels and such in the hallway closet next to the bedroom (we found that out the last day we stayed). The place was very clean. It is starting to show it's age a bit as there was a watermark on the ceiling in the bedroom and the one closet sliding door did not work. But none of that took away from our stay. There were plates, glasses and silverware in the kitchen, and extra soap in the closet. Hangers in the bedroom closet and we did not feel like we lacked for much. We did not use the TV or cable so I can't comment on that. The WiFi worked well enough, but struggled just a bit streaming HD movies from our movie server at home. (Netflix worked fine however). I ended up having to work a bit from there and the connection was solid all day on our company's VPN so no worries there. I would stay here again without hesitation."

  • Fabulous experience

"My colleagues and I rented out this beautiful home for a professional conference that was being held at the convention center. The location was great. We typically took ubers to get downtown mainly because it was hot and we were being lazy. It's actually a pleasant walk. Andrew was great throughout the whole process. Very communicative and responsive. All of our friends/colleagues were envious of our lodging situation. Will definitely check to see if Andrew's house is available the next time I visit Denver!"

  • PERFECTLY WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

"I stayed here alone while visiting my son out in that area. He was 6 blocks away and this was cheaper and so much better, than a hotel which was much further away.I had visitors who wished they could rent this home full time because they loved it so much. It is decorated impeccably and the comfort and hominess is tip top! My son and I did so much every day, and to come back here to crash at night was such a comfort. AC is great, lighting is calming, comfortable bed, great TV, great kitchen and bathroom, etc.Recommend City O City to eat and Jelly! Wild Animal Sanctuary was incredible but wear a hat! Long drive but worth it. Rocky Mountain National Park a must! Also historic towns of Evergreen and Georgetown and the 12,000 feet mountain drive above Georgetown was awesome and breathtaking! Barbara was great and made sure I was all good always. Highly recommend this home and cannot wait to rent again!"
