  • A magical, absolutely wonderful experience!

"Right off the bat, Cynthia and Jeff (the property owners) were just wonderful. Communication prior to our trip was terrific. I let them know I was surprising my girlfriend for our one year anniversary - she did not know where we were going. When we arrived, I could not believe how beautiful the property was. The cabin itself is the perfect size - not small but cozy. Everything inside was top notch quality and it smelled divine. Cynthia was there to greet us and gave us a great introduction/tour. These folks are two really special people and I am very, very grateful we stayed at their property. The cabin itself is incredible. Beautifully crafted, smells delightful, and has anything one could need. In their kindness, they left us an entire basket of local goodies which we loved. But they really go above and beyond. There was a personalized note welcoming us, two champagne flutes with hearts, and delicious local drinks. This itself was so sweet and above what we expected but it was not until later that we noticed a little bear holding a Texas flag (we are from Houston). To me that is just the epitome of thoughtful and welcoming. My girlfriend and I were both blown away. The property itself is stunning with an incredible view of the stars and access to Boulder Creek. Everything we needed was provided for. Not only that but Cynthia and Jeff took time out their days to tell us all about Boulder and the surrounding area and make recommendations, which was very kind and very helpful. Jeff took time out of working on the third cabin at night to tell us all about the respective parks and the fauna, which was really, really cool and super informative. I felt like I got way, way, way more than I paid for with this jewel. This trip was so special for us and Cynthia and Jeff went out of their way to make it so. I can tell you theirs is the first property I'm checking next time we head up to Boulder. I could not say enough good things about these folks, the cabin, or our stay. If I could fit more praise or give more stars I would!"

  • Relax in the Boulder Art Scene

"My son and I came to Boulder a few days early for his Freshman year at CU. We loved the privacy and the calm before his storm, having just the right amount of space to unwind. Close to Pearl Street, the Bandshell, Boulder Creek, CU and the Hill - all within walking distance .The unit has a quiet charm with great examples of Boulder art everywhere, a wonderful master suite upstairs and plenty of living space downstairs. Having a personal carport off the street was nice too. Kevan was accessible and full of stories which made the stay even more memorable!"
