"Every extra piece of information helps fellow travelers make the right decision. Detailed reviews of vacation rental homes makes finding the perfect place easier Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ? Yes. Was the property clean and well-maintained ? - Yes Did the owner provide good customer service ? The information that was supposed to be sent prior to the date wasn't sent, but fortunately there was someone there who was able to let us in and provide the information on wifi login information and where to find extra sheets. Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ? The living room was very small and not good for gathering, however, there was a patio with table and chairs and a grill that would be a great gathering spot. It was very close to town with off street parking, which is SO important if you have a car and need parking. Off street parking is hard to find. A fan for each bedroom would be nice. What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by ? Estes Park is great. We were able to hang out and shop in town and spend alot of time in the Rocky Mountain National Park. The best of both worlds. Learn more about our Review Guidelines"

  • A perfect location for a family gathering, with the most fabulous views in the whole Estes Park area

"The location, in the broad meadow along the stretch between Estes and Glen Haven, was my mother's favorite ever since she was a young woman, so we knew that the setting would be outstanding. The view from inside and outside the house was breathtaking at any time of day. The house itself was designed to lend itself to group activities like singing, playing games, and shared meals but also with space for anyone who might want to be alone for awhile to read a book or contemplate the mountains or take a nap. The kitchen is also beautifully designed and stocked with plenty of cooking ware and utensils. Several family "chefs" could work at the same time without getting in each other's way. The bedrooms with private bathrooms were a luxury and the master bedroom, with the large walk-in closet, sauna, and access to the hot tub, made us wish we had the same layout at home! My husband and I have gotten accustomed to our king-sized bed at home so we would have enjoyed that in this vacation home, also, but we totally understand (and knew ahead of time) that there wasn't one. And by the way, the hot tub was in perfect working order and underwent its weekly cleaning while we were there, which made us feel good about the owner's attention to detail. One final thought for an additional feature: We like to keep windows and doors open to let in the mountain breezes, but the doors didn't have screens, so we were hesitant to leave them open. But that is an absolutely minor issue in what was a fabulous home and location. Thank-you to the owners and property managers for giving us the perfect vacation home. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Estes Park area."

  • Beautiful, modern, city type loft

"This loft located on the quieter and more quaint , west side of downtown, Estes Park allowed easy access to the river walk and to main street, both just a few steps away, allowing us to rapidly get adjusted to the rhythm of the town with quiet mornings, slowly building up with people and traffic, as the day progressed. Situated on the river walk, we experienced the rushing river without the activity of the nearby main street, nor the traffic. We enjoyed morning walks with our dog along the river and at night the dog fancied checking out the store fronts. Besides having all of the in town restaurants within walking distance, there is quick and easy access to the Rocky Mountain national Park. Upon return home, some adjustment was necessary, as both we and our dog missed the experience of our stay. We would recommend this rental very highly. A perfect trip."
