  • Delightful Home

"This sweet Tudor style home painted in cheerful and tasteful colors is situated on a street with friendly but unobtrusive neighbors just around the corner from Boulder Creek and within walking distance to Pearl Street Mall. The home is quiet and quaint with a delightful porch to enjoy the greenery in the yard. Real baby white roses in one of the bedrooms was a nice added touch. Thanks to Cindy for an enjoyable stay over the Labor Day weekend!"

  • A great six-month home for us!

"This apartment was a great home for us from February through August, while we sold our house and prepared to travel the US. Our jobs are remote, and we frequently worked from the apartment - the wireless Internet performed well, and the construction from the new apartment building next door was more entertaining than bothersome. We loved the convenient walk to nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner. We stayed warm in the winter with baseboard heaters and two space heaters, and cool in the summer with living room and kitchen air conditioners plus a portable swamp cooler for one of the bedrooms. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bedroom skylight has blinds in case you don't want to be woken by the sun. The clothes washer and drier look new and worked flawlessly. The shower always had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Christine went above and beyond to create a comfortable rental, is a great communicator, and was there when we needed her while leaving us to our own devices. We are very happy about our stay!"

  • We had a great time and a lot of fun!

"The cabin we stayed in Idaho Springs turns out to be a real historic miner's cabin built in very beginning of last century. There is an actual mine nearby to take a tour. The location was perfect: just a few blocks to the center of Idaho Springs, restaurants, BBQ spots, coffee shops and more. We loved to walk the old streets of this historic town and admire facades of little Victorian houses. We went to an antique shop, coffee shop, Ice-cream shop and Pinball Parlor. We had dinner at Smoking Yard BBQ (great food by the way) and Tommy-knockers Brewery. We did white water rafting ( highly recommend!) and zip lining during our stay. It was nice to come back to the cabin as our "home away from home" to relax on the deck in the back. The patio furniture is new and comfortable. We had BBQ one day there. The neighbor around and people in Idaho Springs are very nice and friendly. The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the front porch and back yard very very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. The cabin isn't big but it is comfortable for 4-5 guests. We are thinking about coming back in winter to try some skiing or snowboarding in Loveland."
