  • awesome location for family vacation or reunion!

"Our family stayed at Fall River Lodge to celebrate my parents' 35th anniversary. At our peak we had 17 adults and 6 kids hanging out, cooking & dining at the house and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. The property comes with everything you could want in a mountain getaway, and there were actually several amenities we didn't even realize were there until Bob mentioned them (ie: bikes, yard games in the shed). The patio tables and firepit down by the river were such a great spot and we had several exciting wildlife sightings! Great stay, would love to return-- location is great too! just a quick 3 minute drive down into Estes Park and about 12 min from the entrance to RMNP."

  • Relaxing and beautiful!

"Great location right off 66. The house was comfortable and you can't beat having the river right in the backyard! Morning coffee on the deck with the hummingbirds was spectacular. Saw deer walk through the river and backyard. Perfect peaceful house for our family vacay!"

  • great location

"Restful quiet location. About 30 minutes from the Beavers Meadows RMNP entrance, where there is gas, cell signal and a small grocery. Only minutes from the Longs Peak trail head. Interior and exterior of cottage were beautifully designed. Cottage very well cared for. Morning coffee by the river with a large rock outcropping in background was one of my highlights. Cottage is a ways from town which we liked. No cell signal nearby but cottage has wifi, land line and satellite tv. We hiked Longs Peak and came back to cottage exhausted where we relaxed and watched some college football. Cottage was perfect size for the four of us.... my two brothers, my son and I. Susan and Isaac were very prompt with all communication. Would highly recommend to friends or family."

  • This is the most serene and beautiful place we've stayed in Estes Park in 15 years.

"Our family of five adults and a Golden Retriever gathers yearly in Estes Park. The peacefulness of the house and surroundings, and beauty of the art work helped us all leave stress and worries behind. The location and privacy is amazing, while being close to downtown Estes. The home is laid out very comfortably and conveniently. We plan on returning next fall!"
